I had to give this location 5 stars. I come here every Saturday. The night crew is so nice and so friendly. The manager Tammy is inviting and warm. The one girl Lauivah is so sweet. Out of all the locations I've been to this one is THE BEST! I look forward to my weekend route that brings me here. See you next time. Your all awesome!

Got the big chocolate cookie at the register and a salad and half a sandwich. Was really looking fwd to the big chocolate chunks in the cookie but man o man it was a HUGE disappointment. Flavorless and annoyingly hard. I didn't even finish it. Blah ? waste of money top. Hate that. ?

Happened twice with me, My family and I used to go to panera, but I don’t know why the coffee was really miserable and I left the whole cup.. It happened twice and I left Panera to get another coffee from other place.

I’m a remote worker. Having a place where I can check in and get some work done “on the road” greatly influences where I’ll stop. I am alway cognizant of the fact that places like Panera are not in the “free lounge” business, and that they ultimately need to sell food and drink and therefore might not want someone taking up a table for a long time during busy times. I’m always respectful of that, and if my table is needed, I’ll move on.Some Paneras don’t give you a chance to prove that you’re cooperative like that. They’re unwelcoming from the start. Others are terrific.This was one of the terrific ones. Welcoming, friendly, visit from the manager to make sure things were going well. Not to mention quick order fulfillment and friendly faces.

Ordered on the kiosk computer a customized sandwich bacon turkey bravo and left a tip when some do not. When my order came up another customer assumed my to go bag was mine and put their hands in the bag and slightly opened my sandwich. I approached counter and said to employees, “that was my order. Sorry, I am not paying or that.” I was as kind as I could be to other customer and she said I should get something for free and she understood and would have done same thing. The workers didn’t even reassure me, let alone any discount or coupon for next time. 3 minutes later I get my new sandwich as a newly assembled to go and I go to my car it’s all jumbled up and messy. That’s what I paid for as it wasn’t the usual neat sandwich. I didn’t have the heart to go in there and complain again. At least it was edible. But I decided it’s not worth my money regularly. Blessing in disguise.

I am not a fast food person. Most of that food is greasy and unhealthy. Panera is the exception. Their food is wholesome and delicious. Staff is great. They will even give you butter with your bread if you ask. They have soups and different kinds of salads and sandwiches and they are always updating their menu.
