I’m a remote worker. Having a place where I can check in and get some work done “on the road” greatly influences where I’ll stop. I am alway cognizant of the fact that places like Panera are not in the “free lounge” business, and that they ultimately need to sell food and drink and therefore might not want someone taking up a table for a long time during busy times. I’m always respectful of that, and if my table is needed, I’ll move on.Some Paneras don’t give you a chance to prove that you’re cooperative like that. They’re unwelcoming from the start. Others are terrific.This was one of the terrific ones. Welcoming, friendly, visit from the manager to make sure things were going well. Not to mention quick order fulfillment and friendly faces.

Ordered on the kiosk computer a customized sandwich bacon turkey bravo and left a tip when some do not. When my order came up another customer assumed my to go bag was mine and put their hands in the bag and slightly opened my sandwich. I approached counter and said to employees, “that was my order. Sorry, I am not paying or that.” I was as kind as I could be to other customer and she said I should get something for free and she understood and would have done same thing. The workers didn’t even reassure me, let alone any discount or coupon for next time. 3 minutes later I get my new sandwich as a newly assembled to go and I go to my car it’s all jumbled up and messy. That’s what I paid for as it wasn’t the usual neat sandwich. I didn’t have the heart to go in there and complain again. At least it was edible. But I decided it’s not worth my money regularly. Blessing in disguise.

There has to be something really wrong with the people that work here, my order is wrong every single time. It's close to my job and I don't have time to leave to get food so sometimes I order from here. It's always printed correctly on the receipt but there is something missing from my order literally every single time , I don't know why I keep trying. It's really frustrating to be hungry at work and go on my short break only for the food that I paid for to be wrong. Then I end up not getting to eat at all because I don't get another break. Please lean how to read it's not that hard especially when I'm not even modifying my order in any way.

Very clean and quick Panera Bread location that is great to visit for a fast bite. Staff is very friendly and always willing to provide things like extra dressing and such. They now have full table service. It used to be you would order at the bar and they would serve and take away. Much better. Food is great and prices are reasonable. Try Tara's you will not be sorry.

This is a great Panera Location, the staff are kind and attentive, never had an issue
Baked goods were said to be fresh. They were not. Vanilla cinnamon bun everything cookie and chocolate crescent . Sour dough bread lost ends when sliced. They do have kiosk to order though I ordered from girl at front. She said she could not give change of a twenty dollar bill but manager pleasantly did.
