I'm not going to complain about the pace cause it happens. But my drink didn't have the Stevia I ordered, then I said it to the guy next to me he looked at me and didn't respond then I said it again and this lady with colored hair screamed you will get Stevia and handed it to me, then I told her it was latte, and asked if there was milk, she said "does it look like there is milk".... a guy next to me was waiting for a frap and instead of apologizing for the pace she said to him yeh I know it's 20mins.. wait....
Honestly for the brand it's outrageous My friends caramel crunch drink had half ice haf whip and a touch of liquid.
Don't waste your money here

This is second Starbucks, where I ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew where they didn’t add the toasted cookie crumble on top. I know it’s a small thing, but these drinks are expensive. Not to mention, I’ve never been in a clean Starbucks. They’re always dirty! What the heck! And more importantly, why do I still keep going back? Oh, I had gift cards that’s why.

I just came back from eating some scrumptious food that was very salty after my very long walk just to get a water cup we get in and wait 5 minutes to order, I say it’s ok it’s a Starbucks and there’s a long line but it doesn’t end there when we go wait for our water cups we wait another 30 minutes and when they are ready some group of girls steals them? it was devastating, but when I go order another cup of water they come up to me and say was this your cup of water??????? And left. Then I needed to wait another 10 minutes which was also devastating(I’m never going to recover from this) 1 star

I went a couple days ago to get a drink for my daughter and me and I was so excited to try a new drink my daughter had told me about and when I went to order there was this nasty worker there named Michelle or something like that. She gave me such an attitude and made me feel bad and also seemed like they were treating their coworkers bad as well. it’s not the first time that it’s happened and I’m honestly so upset about it and I hope that you can do something about it or talk to her because she definitely does not deserve to be working there.
