I came in this afternoon to order a coffee and there were a bunch of free employees behind the counter standing around and chatting. They noticed I was there waiting at the counter for someone to take my order and proceeded to ignore me and continue their conversation. Finally after they finished their conversation, one of the employees says to another “wanna take that” referring to me. She then had the nerve to have an attitude for having to do her job and take my order. Horrible customer service

I ordered a venti and grande iced matcha latte with pumpkin spice, and both drinks were filled to the rim with ice even though I paid for less ice (as written in the order sticker). The drinks were very watered down and tasted more like iced water than matcha.
When I mentioned it, the staff refused to remake the drinks or offer a refund. It should not be difficult to make a new drink when a customer is clearly unhappy with their order. Instead of helping, the employee argued with me and refused to fix the issue.
I paid for quality drinks, not watered down ice, and the customer service I received was very disappointing.

i think it is crazy. Once a year pumpkin chai come around and i went to get it and there all out. While on line waiting the person doing food has disgusting hair while dealing with food you should be wearing a hair net especially if your hair is unbrushed and unwashed. Wearing a hair net is a must while dealing with food. And for a once a year drink they should have it in stock.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Very bad customer service. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. I still don't understand why the mall allows this kind of coffee shop in the mall. They should have been kicked out of the mall.
It's better to go to PANERA BREAD rather than coming here.

Very disappointing experience. I placed a mobile order for three drinks, expecting them to be ready when I arrived—as they should be. Instead, I waited over 20 minutes for one of my drink, a London Fog, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead.

What made it worse was the attitude I received from the woman handling the handoffs. She gave me incorrect information about how long it takes to make a London Fog. As a former Starbucks partner, I know exactly how quick and simple that drink is to prepare.

And to top it off, the drink was made incorrectly. This level of service is unacceptable. If Starbucks is going to promote mobile ordering as a convenience, then it needs to actually deliver on that promise.

My daughters loves a strawberry fresher drink from here. We got the app and found out you get a free drink for your birthday. She was so excited. For her 13th birthday we planned a shopping day to get all her favorites. At the Smith Haven Mall, we were told she couldn't get a free drink because we have to have the app for six months and we were purchasing other things. Later that day, I google this and saw it was false. I just called and spoke to a manager and she said she didn't know. She then placed me on hold and said she can find out if I want. I thought the manager would offer a small gift card or apologize for her staff but she just said the app has to be used regularly in order for them to accommodate this. Bad customer service, I'm sticking to my Forest Hills Queens location where they know how to treat customers.

Came at 10am on a Friday and no one in line ahead of me. I ordered a caramel macchiato and an apple croissant. I got my drink within a minute of ordering and then waited another 5 minutes for my food. A lady waiting asked about her food as she said she’d been waiting 10 minutes. Her food had just been sitting on the counter. I inquired and the register worker never put my croissant in the oven. What was odd was that no one was helping her. The manager was in the lobby belittling an older woman asking about the bathroom and the two baristas on bar were just chatting with themselves. When the manager when back behind the line I asked for my receipt and she was rude telling me if I was sending a report I didn’t wait 5 minutes. My food had been in the oven. She never apologized or showed empathy. I will never return to this location as it seems To be a trend of the manager speaking poorly to customers and the employees not Caring about the service provided

Yesterday I came into this location about 12 noon and there was two people waiting when I ordered and no one after me at the time. There was a gentleman taking the orders and a woman making them. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for a drink I never got. I watched this woman make the two orders before and multiple “mobile orders.”’there was even a woman who seem to come out of nowhere that she had a full conversation with all while I’m waiting for my drink. Two other women and a family of 5 came in and ordered by the register after me. The gentleman taking the orders made the order for the two women and another lady came from the back in made the drinks for the family of 5. While I am still waiting for my drink and the first woman is still making orders none of which are mine. In all this time I was the only black customer. I ended up telling the gentleman that this was ridiculous and that why would he make orders that came in after me. I left without my $7.86 drink and without a refund. When I left I called and asked for a manager. The woman who answered the phone claimed she was a manager and put on some weird accent when I asked for her name and I couldn’t understand when she told me what it was. All she kept doing was making excuses and telling me how it’s a first come first serve situation. But I watched them serve multiple people after me. This includes walk ins and mobile orders. I do believe that their actions was racially motivated and I will never come here again!!! And I do not appreciate her speaking plain English to me put putting on some phony accent when I asked for her name. This is also not my first time having an experience like this and the smith haven mall location. Absolutely appalled and pissed off.

All day breakfast at 1pm they are out of almost everything … well the staff was nice but don’t advertise “All Day Breakfast” if there’s practically nothing shortly after breakfast time
