I just came back from eating some scrumptious food that was very salty after my very long walk just to get a water cup we get in and wait 5 minutes to order, I say it’s ok it’s a Starbucks and there’s a long line but it doesn’t end there when we go wait for our water cups we wait another 30 minutes and when they are ready some group of girls steals them? it was devastating, but when I go order another cup of water they come up to me and say was this your cup of water??????? And left. Then I needed to wait another 10 minutes which was also devastating(I’m never going to recover from this) 1 star

I went a couple days ago to get a drink for my daughter and me and I was so excited to try a new drink my daughter had told me about and when I went to order there was this nasty worker there named Michelle or something like that. She gave me such an attitude and made me feel bad and also seemed like they were treating their coworkers bad as well. it’s not the first time that it’s happened and I’m honestly so upset about it and I hope that you can do something about it or talk to her because she definitely does not deserve to be working there.

Someone named Michelle was really rude to me, I did not like the attitude she gave me when I was ordering. It was uncalled for, I just wanted to order my drink and she had the worst attitude, she seems like she does not care for the customers. I also heard some slight complaints from her, but none I could make out.

We visited Starbucks at Smith Haven Mall today and ordered 3 drinks and 2 cups of water. While they were preparing our order, we asked for extra cup of water and one of employee(Her name is Sabrina,) who isn't even prepared our order yelled at the guy and said no and she turn to us and asked us to wait for the long line just for another cup of water. You guys already has 2 stars in total, you should train your employees better than that! Thank you , big disappointment!

They offered samples of green and peach tea lemonade. It was delicious and that was changed my mind to have that then hot tea. Really delicious. Service, order person and barista were polite and friendly. Order person super nice.Dietary restrictions: It's great they have almond milk and other plant based milk. The employees are nice to each other as equally as they are to the customers, which is really nice to see they like their job. Happy employees to me means happy customer service.
You might like their Mango Dragonfruit lemonade drinks. They are really good.

Kids behind the counter should keep an eye for spoiled coffee. They served me spoiled Holiday Blend to go and i found out when i was in transit leaving the campus.

The staff was very friendly and assisted me with my issue but when they ran low on milk for my drink, they just put in extra ice. It's almost a 7.00 drink...customers shouldn't be in the position where they get mostly I've because the milk is running low.
