Been to many Brazilian bbq restaurants, but sadly this experience was not up to standard. Meats were basically scrapes and not whole / large meats as listed on their website. Place was also very quiet. They were more workers than customers. Disappointed and won't be back.

The positives included: the restaurant itself being clean and overall very nice. It looks upscale. The service was very friendly and helpful. The manager came around to ask how everything was and the waiter made sure that we had been offered all the different cuts of meat and if we wanted more he would send them over. The salad bar was amazing with lots of tasty options. They were accommodating with our infant stroller and we went for a very early dinner to avoid the crows and the restaurant was not to loud. Overall the value for your money is very good $60 per person for all you can eat. Areas for improvement: The biggest area of improvement would be the food. For this reason we probably would not return. All of the chicken items were very good and tasted great. I am not sure about the quality of the beef they use but the “filet minon” was offered and it was the worst “filet minon” I ever had. It tasted as though they put an artificial smoked flavor on it and it had peppercorn on it but besides that there was no flavor and the meat was just not good itself. All the other cuts were severely overcooked. We were looking for medium rare to medium and most of the items came out well to medium well. All of the beef also just lacked flavor. Under seasoned with the exception of the spicy sirloin which we enjoyed. I believe regardless of the seasoning and cook however it's all a result of the quality of beef they use. But for the price what can you expect. Another area for improvement is the workforce. Although friendly many of the workers who are carving the meats are not able to communicate knowledgeably about the food. They only know what they are serving but if you ask a question for another type of meat available or cook they don't seem to know anything. I even heard other tables (2 other tables on either side of us) have issues with this.

All the food was excellent. The waiter was extremely attentive. We atmosphere was perfect for my birthday dinner. We were treated like royalty.

French Fries as appetizer? we did not get it. Usually we would expect some kind of cheese rolls. The french fries got cold quickly and no ketchup was offered. The lobster bisque was very good. salad bar was ok but the Asparagus was super skinny and there was no fresh fruit. most of the meat was fatty and tough to eat. The lamb chops were delicious. But for $70 per person before tip I would not recommend.

We had a lovely dinner for my son and daughter in law celebrating their birthdays! Our servers (one was in training) were fabulous! They were very attentive, friendly and helpful! Food was delicious and the salad bar is AMAZING! We will definitely be back to enjoy your food! Thank you!

It was an amazing experience dinning at this location, big shot out to Marc Anthony, although he was in training he made sure that I was good on my appetizers (bananas, mashed potatoes etc.) And my drinks remained filled. The Gauchos were not over bearing as they can be at some other locations and gave me a more comfortable reception when trying the different meats.
