Always a good time, great food and great service!!
Fantastic
Ordered the steak Diane and received a normal steak for the most part other than the two spoiled pieces I was served. Unfortunately I wound up eating one of the pieces only noticing it was bad with after experiencing a foul after taste than I found another bad piece which smelled and tasted like it was well past its expiration date. In the end the steak was comped but I still had to pay for the rest of the food which albeit wasn’t stale. I wound up throwing up several times due to the food I’m now waiting to see if I get food poisoning.
Well, the place looks exactly like Grand Lux, which was kind of disappointing. If I wanted to eat at Grand Lux, I would go there....I do understand they are both run by the same company but still, why not make it a little different? The food items were also very similar, except the same items tasted better at Grand Lux. I had the chicken and shrimp jambalaya, which was nothing special coming from here. Overall, I recommend you go to Grand Lux if you want the same atmosphere but better tasting food.
Ill never go back. It was my birthday and my husband ask for a piece of cheese cake for me. He was told it would be free on the birthday. The server said it wasn't, and so did the nasty manager that said, if it's not on your app, you don't get anything. So therefore.... you get no returning customers. Bunch of rude ass people
Super small portions

Highly recommend both pancakes on weekend brunch menu. They are super fluffy and can get bacon and eggs as extra. It’s the buttermilk pancakes or lemon ricotta. Best pancakes ever had. Better than classic diners

Raquel was a great server even though the food is always overcooked. Clean and friendly, can't make chicken cutlets though.

Second time trying. First time not good cold food that took way too long to come out. This time appetizer, we waited and waited and the manager came out and said they were ready but so was the food. We told him we didn't want the appetizer. He said they would bring out the food. He came back and gave us the appetizer
No charge. Our food , a burger and fries. Fries were cold. Dessert a brownie sundae. That was no brownie it was like a rock. Horrible!!
Our last time coming to the Cheesecake factory. You are a High volume restaurant. You need food runners!!! It takes too long for the food to come out, so long that it's cold. Server was great and manger was caring

Have been coming here over a year at least once a week. The waiters are great. However there is a problem with the food. I took my mom here 2 weeks ago and she ordered a cheeseburger w fries. Whole she was biting into it a disgusting long piece of hair about 10 inches long came out of the hamburger. Gross. Manager was called and she apologized l had ordered the baja chicken tacos at that point we lost our appetite and left They comped my moms burger. About a week later I went back alone The same waiter has been waiting on me for over a year. He apologized and couldn't believe what happened. I ordered the baja tacos and sure as he'll i bit into a piece of string in the taco. What the hell. Not going back
The staff was great. Of all the Cheesecake Factories I've been to this is the one that fails. The portions were smaller than any other Cheesecake Factory I have been to and the flavor just seemed off. I know this is not a luxury restaurant but presentation is is usually on point but this location just seemed like there were some amateurs in the kitchen.
Thank you for the response Cheesecake Factory management. Your reply however assumes that I was referring to the dessert - I was not. The cake (carrot cake) was amazing as usual. I'm aware that your cakes aren't made one by one nor are they cut individually. It was the food that wasn't good. White bean chill (very small portion and about a table spoon of rice) it looked half eaten. The seasoning was off - very salty and way too much cumin. I order this item often because I love it. I know how it's supposed to be served. The chicken taquitos almost no green salsa and presentation looked like it was thrown on the plate from a distance - plain sloppy. The chicken teriyaki was doused in sauce making it the ONLY flavor profile on that entire plate. These are items we order at least every 2 weeks for years. This was a let down. There was a soup of the day "cream of chicken" that was delicious and we got a second order to make up for what we couldn't eat. Wanted to be clear since for some reason you assumed I was critiquing the Cheesecake.
