Best chicken parm I’ve had in a very long time. I recently moved to the area and was ecstatic to have found such a great spot so close by.

A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion, EXCEPT for the chicken parm hero. Bought 2 the other day and received 1 cutlet on both. The bread was so small, I was shocked to the say the least when I pulled my order out of the bag.

Best pizza on Long Island! All the Umberto’s. Regular, Grandma, Margherita slices. Thin crust, well done, less cheese, more sauce.

so good, just moved out into Suffolk County from New Hyde Park, and very happy to be able to get the same wonderful Italian staples I used to get from the original.

Lady at the counter had an attitude. Ordered and watched her toss the slices into the oven. Asked for not to hot. Tossed them in a box and I left. Got to the car it was so hot that when she tossed them in the box half the cheese slide and stuck to the side of the box. Food. Sicilian was a square slice at best. Regular is extremely thin yet still flimsy and soggy. Horrible service and average at best pizza. Pass on this one

We ordered food for a graduation party for my son and my niece and the food was delicious. They gave us so much bread and extra sauces. The delivery was exactly on time and the delivery man was so friendly, helpful and polite.

Kid-friendliness: The delivery server walked into a room full of kids and was so friendly with them. The food was also kid friendly. We are Italian so even the babies munched on the penne a la vodka.

The slices here are so good. I was recommended the grandma slice which I got with sausage and eventually had to eat the toppings separately because they weren’t as good as the plain pizza. Their classic cheese pizza is so good. It’s all you need

We are visiting Long Island and, even though I grew up here, I have never eaten at Umberto's before. Well, this will definitely be our stop from now on. Our server was excellent and the food was amazing. It was a nice quiet Monday night out for us. We even got desert to take home. (we got the baked clams, chicken piccata and sausage hero - and a slice) All were fantastic!

I have gotten take out quite a few times. They have made mistakes with the orders. They would not deliver the missing food ordered. As far as the food goes it is not top tier. I had the pasta pescatur with white garlic sauce. There were so many broken shells in the sauce that I almost broke my tooth. It is pricey for the food quality. It is always busy because there is no real competition. I am used to old school Italian restaurants. This is franchise style quality. I will pass on this the next time I want real good Italian cooking.

The wait staff sucks, I asked for water and it came warm. One person was doing everything ( guy with the ponytail) nobody spoke English.

Ordered a deep dish pizza and 2 coke’s to stay. Unfortunately they were out of coke, no bottles or fountain. We typically go to the Sayville location. We paid the same price, however, we received a 16” pizza not an 18” pizza that we get at the Sayville location. The pizza was good. The crust was good and different than the Sayville location which has a good crust.
