Very dissapointed. Went there after going at least once a week. The waitress refused to give me a pasta side dish which I always have each time I go . All the other waitresses are great and always give you what you want. We probably spend thousands of dollars a year there but not anymore. These side dishes are the pasta and not even the main course! This is how you loose business.

Frequent customers for lunch and for dinner. The food and the service is outstanding. My favorite meal is chicken franchise. I have friends who thoroughly enjoy the variety of salads. Baked dishes and sauces are incredible. The hot antipasto is a favorite. The pizza line is a statement by itself. Really a family style restaurant. Food and service ..Maddie and others are so outstanding, I recently gave my niece a party here. With 30 guests, at least 1/3 have returned on their own. Now that's a true evaluation. A few coming to Lake Grove from Sayville.

The service was horrible the wait was ridiculous . we had to sit there for an hour and a half waiting on 2 dinners. they gave us a few free garlic knots for our trouble. when we told them we would rather have a slice of cheese cake they stated we needed to pay an additional $10.00 on top of the $50 we already paid. sauce was leaking all over the inside of the bag before we even got to the car. the food was horrible i ordered chicken franchise with pasta and what I got was chicken in the water they used to boil the pasta and then just put a slice of lemon on top there was no butter or wine or lemon in the "sauce".

THE BEST vegetable panini I’ve ever had in my life. Coming from someone who is allergic to dairy & can’t eat meat, I really appreciate their consideration and attention to detail, because I never get sick when I eat here. 10 out of 10 recommend. My boyfriend eats all of the non-vegan foods and loves everything he tries as well!Vegetarian options: THE BEST vegetable panini I’ve ever had in my life. Coming from someone who is allergic to dairy & can’t eat meat, I really appreciate their consideration and attention to detail, because I never get sick when I eat here. It is so fresh… I think they may bake the bread for the Panini fresh when it’s ordered. Takes a little while, but it’s so freaking worth it.Dietary restrictions: Every time I ask about ingredients in a dish, they always check to make sure whether or not it is safe for me to eat. They are a very caring family run business & we are so lucky they are close to home!
