I would not recommend urban air adventure Park. Unfortunately when I was there not one employee was at stations. I went to speak with the 20-year-old manager, who seemed to believe that rolling his eyes at me was more important than handling the situation. Kids are running around. Signs are up no running parents. Just sit there on their phones no workers no Management horrible place Sent January 3 a message regarding my herbal experience and having heard from them.

This place fell off!!! Just left here for my daughters birthday party. Paid $961 17 kids and platinum package and rides weren’t open for them. Go carts closed, bumper cars closed!!! 5 other kids in park besides my party. Speak to the managers and oh they didn’t know we were suppose to get on rides. How dont you know that I paid $961 for platinum package. No one cared!

The co workers are very rude and even the manager was really unprofessional when I applied for a job. As an ex employee I would not recommend anyone to apply for this job the people there are rude and unprofessional. Me being from Texas I should be able to have the rights to live my own life and be able to work like everyone else in this world. I do not appreciate or associate with people who blame the world for their own selfish needs I just think that’s childish. I appreciate your time and I thank you for this special treatment you have been giving me that just proves that I can’t trust anymore. Goodbye.

Just had my son’s 11th bday party there tonight. Everyone had a great time.. The VR area only had 1 head gear working out of the 4 which was kinda disappointing, and the sky ride line was like a 30 min wait. But other than those 2 things we will be back for an open play day ?
