My girlfriend ordered from here by ubereats she went out to get the delivery and i heard her screaming when i got there she told me that she found a rat in the delivery bag when she opened it, it jumped on her hand and she is in shock. I tried to call them alot of times but the are not picking up. She ordered a burger and fries they were half eaten by the rat. I have picture of it and i have the contaminated food i am gonna complaint about them….he took my phone after sometime i talk to the guy i asked for the manager number he told me i dont have it and he cut my call after saying that its not his fault

It sucks that they force you to use the kiosk instead of a human at the register.
I order a Wednesday wapper and they give me a wrong one. So when I go and said something the guy said you need to give me the other one and I can give you the right one, I said but my son bite it already but I give back anyways and he smash the burger in my face and throw it in the garbage.
