Mi Rancho Alegre

My wife and I stopped by for a quick dinner. We were surprised how good the Enchiladas Rancho were which was served with three
enchiladas with green tomatillo sauce, we also had the never ending Chicken Tortilla Soup with steam vegetables chicken broth , rice and abundant of vegetables . Of course we topped them with a mojito and delicious margarita. Serve was on point.

I came here with my friends to watch Wrestlemania on their TV while we ate and they were kind enough to have us play it, i really appreciated that. The food was also soo good! My friend got the chicharrón appetizer and I wanted to steal every piece of it from her and I got a dessert because I wasn’t that hungry and it was sooo bomb! Definitely coming here again

I have tried numerous Mexican/Tex-Mex restaurants in the past, but | was instantly taken back with their salsa, the fact that it tasted fermented and smelt off? Ordered a seafood platter, the mariscada, everything was good until we ate the crab legs. I was also taken back with the fact that there was a strong bleach/ammonia like smell. Brought it up with our server and took back the plate. In the end we still got charged $35 for the entree even though we had eaten maybe 1/4 of the plate. We looked at the reviews online and there has been numerous reviews about the seafood entrees being an issue. Asked the server for a discount because $35 on a seafood platter we barely ate is insane.
Server and drinks were amazing, but would have been nice if the manager came to us to address it since he was walking around the restaurant unbothered.

Forgot to take photos due to being hungry and being distracted by the game on the TV, came here to spend less then 45$ for a solo dinner and i was not disappointed. Had the three sauce burrito, heavily packed. Enough for 2 , A very well made mango margarita. And to finish a fried ice cream dessert. Over all well handled and delicious food. Will return

I’ve been here a few times, and even though the name keeps changing, the food never really improves. It just doesn’t feel like authentic Mexican cuisine. Everything comes off as overly commercialized, and the salsa honestly tastes more like watered down marinara sauce than anything traditional.

The drinks are really hit or miss too. Sometimes the margaritas are actually pretty good, but other times they’re disappointing.

Usually the food comes out fairly quick, which I appreciate, but the last time we went we waited nearly 15 minutes just for fried ice cream and it wasn’t even busy. That was frustrating. The staff also didn’t seem very attentive or understanding, which didn’t help the experience.

Overall it’s just too inconsistent for me. I really wanted to like it, but I won’t be returning.

Before the management changed, the food was so well flavored and put together. Now it’s kinda bland and the portions are not what they used to be. A shame to see a restaurant fall to that, we used to come often with family and friends.

I ordered chicken tortilla soup with extra limes(did not give me any limes whatsoever)This is plain American chicken soup for $16! No flavor there’s broccoli in it. It says cheese and avocado on the menu that is not in it. Also, I went back to the restaurant and they offered me absolutely nothing! I will never go back or suggest this place to anybody.
