This was my first time in the new location, and I absolutely loved the space! So open, the lead barrista was so friendly to me and helped me find a special blonde whole bean coffee that they don't normally carry, and it's absolutely delicious! I can't for the warmer weather so I can hang outside on the patio! Absolutely love what they did with the space!

They close at 9 , we got there at 840 to the drive thru, employee was inside looking at us sitting there and just laughed and kept looking. Then they shut the lights off inside again while looking at us and smiling. Very rude to close when there was a customer waiting. We went down the road to the massa dr location with 10 minutes left till closing and they were happy to take our order with no issues.

I placed an order around 730 tonight and one of the two drinks were good. I ordered a Mocha Cookie Frappuccino that I have ordered multiple times before. This was was horrible. I had to throw it away couldn’t even drink it. It tasted like dirty water nothing like before.
Employees are very nice, but the management is horrible! They don't know the first thing about running a store! They complain when they don't have enough people to work but go up and get rid of or have people quit within the first 2 weeks of being open! I'd highly recommend any of the other locations in Kingston.
