This place is kinda quirky but I love it. The inside looks like an antique shop exploded in the best way—lots of old stuff to look at while you wait. Coffee is good and strong, nothing fancy, just the way I like it.
The real star is the breakfast sandwiches. They make a killer egg sandwich. Simple, fresh, and hits the spot.
Couple things to know: no WiFi, no credit cards (bring cash), and the guy running it might seem gruff at first but he’s actually friendly once you talk to him.
It’s small, a little old-school, but very charming. Feels like one of those places that hasn’t changed in decades, and that’s what makes it great.

Wanted to like this place because it was right near where we stayed. But it basically checks the boxes of everything wrong with a coffee shop: weird vibes from the owner, no milk alternatives, no food options besides some old muffins, funky smell inside with no ambiance, weird hours, and he definitely gouged us on pricing (charged $8 for a BLACK ICED COFFEE!!!). He found out we were from out of town and my MIL swears he upped the price by $2-3 on his old school cash register. So sketchy.

This coffeehouse is so adorable with absolutely delicious coffee! The quaint cafe is tucked beyond the main road, adding to overall charm of it all. The interior is simply nostalgic. It is coveted in vintage decor and embodied by the aroma of warm coffee and fresh pastries, an environment akin to your grandparents’ house. I came here and got an oat milk mochachino with a blueberry muffin, and I really enjoyed them. The coffee had a creamy texture with delectably airy foam. It had quite a chocolate-y taste, fused with cinnamon and other sweet flavors. I am usually quite particular with my coffee, and I was very pleased with this one. If you prefer coffee that aligns with my description, then hands down this is the best cafe for you to go to in Lake Placid. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by this hidden gem. 💗

My husband and I came to visit Lake Placid for the week and loved this little gem of a coffee shop. I loved their iced coffee, bagels and they also had a great breakfast sandwich. Everything is homemade and the staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Chai Latte and Coffee were great!! Also breakfast borito was good. There is no option to pay with tap which makes it inconvienent (i came by when it rained with my phone only). But the food and drinks were really good!

I got the vanilla chai, and was so glad I did! I haven't had coffee this good in years. The whole place is cozy as can be, and they have a fun selection of books for sale to boot.
