Great coffee, friendly staff, great view. Only downside is that the seating is very limited, at least in the winter (for about 7-9 depending on how comfortable two people get). Not sure if there's more seats on the porch in the summer.
Not a shop I'd choose for leisurely reading/writing/relaxing beyond getting your coffee and going. But worth a detour for the coffee.

? This place is a hidden gem ? You can find it at the back of the Alpine Mall on the main street. You get a nice view of Mirror Lake, but more importantly, the coffee is great! We also had bagel sandwiches here for breakfast, and I thought they were the best in town. We especially enjoyed talking with the owners & learning more about life as a local in Lake Placid. Highly recommended!

Café latte and cortado are ok. Kudos for the option of oat milk! Everything is unfortunately served in paper cup or plastic ones. Superb small terrace with view on mirror lake.

I never order lattes because I never quite like them. I usually find them too liquidy. I randomly thought I would try a vanilla latte here, and it was BY FAR the best one I’ve had in forever. So creamy and slightly foamy. The view was impeccable I ended up staying for 2 hours. The barista was lovely. And I also chatted with other clients. Overall a very good vibe with amazing coffee and of course the view!
