Food was very good, as was our server. Where they lose a star is we were sat close to the main windows, and saw many spiders (10+) and spider webs inside the restaurant on the windows. My wife has a fear of spiders, so this made things a little unpleasant. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

My wife and I visited for lunch or 25th wedding anniversary this past week. I got a burger and she got a flatbread pizza. I enjoyed my burger tremendously but she had a problem with her pizza which the staff quickly resolved. Great atmosphere and a great waiter. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be back.

Just ate here yesterday 2/20/24. Had a bloody mary, the 3 cheese omelette, home fries, bacon & toast. Food was delicious. Bloody Mary perfect. atmosphere and the view of Mirror Lake out of this world! Our waiter Nathany was excellent!

$20 Eggs Benedict was disappointing: poached eggs were overcooked, and there was so little Hollandaise that I could barely taste it. So, very dry.There was a nice windowed dining room looking on the street, but we were seated in the back where it was dark. We finished our tiny breakfast quickly, but waited a long time to see the waitress a second time to ask for the check.

We’ve been coming to Lake Placid for years and Dancing Bears is always a must-stop. The food, atmosphere and service is always fantastic. Tony, our bartender, always goes above and beyond to make our stay as welcoming and fun as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow what a great place. Located in a huge Hotel . can I also come right in off the street and enjoy a beautiful breakfast lunch or dinner? The bartender we encountered was great !! highly recommended. If you’re in the area I must stop.

went here for our anniversary dinner last week and the waiter was really rude and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered by us.:( when we first got there we said we were going to start by putting in our drinks and a starter then we said what drinks we wanted and without even saying a word he just walks off. sat down the drinks n took off again without asking what we were getting for our starter. then at the end of the meal he just took our plates and put the bill on the table without even saying a word or asking us if we wanted anything else. the other lady who got us water was very nice, wish she was our waitress. food was okay.
