The worst bubble tea you could drink, I think they have added bubble tea in their menu just because many of them like to drink that and there are no other stores selling it, it was so bad and the bubbles felt gross like sticky

We LOVE coming to Lake Placid for icecream! This is the cutest place, they are always friendly. There's usually a crowd, but a crowd of happy people getting icecream!

I liked the vibe and atmosphere! It felt like they've been around for long time and they were really fast to attend the waiting line! There was no tasting and majority of flavors were either mixed with chocolate chips or chocolate, the fruity flavors were limited. We ordered scoop of Raspberry roadrunner and Raspberry Dark Chocolate! It was decent but nothing too exciting.

A must-stop place if you enjoy ice cream, even a little bit!Lake Placid downtown is a cozy ski-town with a few gems like Emma's. Even on a cold, rainy fall, my friends and I all loved our cones, shakes, and whatever other snacks Emma's had.The interior is narrow with limited seating. Customers usually line up outside from what we've heard, but we got there around 3pm and were serviced almost immediately. The back wall is completely covered with their extensive menu; certainly impressive but definitely induced some choice fatigue for all of us! I settled for the Arctic Joe coffee for my late afternoon caffeine boost and sweet-tooth satiation. If you're going to get anything with ice cream in it, definitely go for their maple one - lives up to the hype!I found my Arctic Joe mind blowing. I've very bias though as an avid coffee-flavor, maple sugar, and whip cream enjoyer :) Only downsides is that I wish the shop was bigger!

This place has such a huge menu that it’s almost overwhelming! We tried the macarons, monkey bread with hot fudge, dole smoothies, pumpkin milkshake and English toffee milkshake and enjoyed all of them.

There was a line of people waiting for the 1:00 pm opening time. The 2 staff members quickly and efficiently filled all the orders. The maple creme soft serve is divine. For a fun time, try to sit at one of the tables in the window and watch all the fabulous ice cream creations get delivered. It's joyful for each person.

The shop is a bit small, but the variety of flavors and combinations are endless! The staff is always very attentive and the icecream is delicious with rare finds like Maple Cream soft serve!

Yummy soft serve and hand dipped. Cappuccino crunch and caramel .Broken cones in a bag, great idea! Some delicious looking cakes and cookie sandwiches.

Fun place, sells more than ice cream. Lots of flavors. Take your time, don’t let the choices overwhelm you. Would love to visit again!

A lit of choices. The ice cream is great. Cookie dough crazy shake was excellent. Cookie dough Sunday was great.

One of the best ice creams I have ever had – super smooth and yummy! I loved the vibe. Although they don't offer tastings, the visits are definitely worthwhile. The waffle cone was also great. The place is small, so it's not ideal for sitting and dining. The only downside was the attitude of the lady who was serving – she was very rude, annoying, and seemed quite irritated, even to the extent of being racially insensitive. I'm not sure why, but her behavior really dampened our overall experience of the place.
