So disappointed, we had reservations for 5pm, drove 5 hours from Syracuse and when we got there they cancelled us because they were booked for an event and were closed to the public.

We enjoyed sitting on the patio for our meal to soak up the sun and people watching. We arrived right before they reopened for lunch, so we have our names and phone number and got a text when the table was ready. Service was great, and our server informed us that we could swap a salad for the fries/chips option, which I appreciated. The food was absolutely incredible. I had what is essentially their French dip sandwich. The horseradish cream gave it just the right amount of zip with tons of flavor. The meat was perfectly prepared and generously portioned. The ju with onions was delicious. I couldn't even finish the sandwich but I wanted to order another out of pure greed. I can't wait to come back and try more things in the menu!
Reviews looked great but didn't get to eat here. Sadly the staff couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us while we stood right in front of them at the hostess station. Instead she sat at the door talking on the phone trying to not look at us and didn't say anything to us. Other customers started walking in and still no indication of acknowledging any of us, we all waited.. Place was pretty empty, 4-5 tables were seated and one couple at the bar. We have up and went somewhere else that had way better service.

burger was solid, chicken burger sauce was raw but they did the right thing and issued a refund for both orders. i’d definitely try the chicken burger again if prepared properly, the side that was cooked was amazing - sad i couldnt try more
