There's even a Kids menu available. With amazing sunset views on Mirror Lake when you arrive early enough, a pleasant atmosphere and prompt service with an out of the way of the traffic kind of feel from Main Street this place is a gem! Open Thurs- Sunday for Dinner. With a Happy hour starting at 4pm.

Very disappointed. Needless to say we walked in shortly after they opened at 5 PM and we were told they were closing early. (But we could call them after 7pm to see if they had any food left!!!!) We had walked the lake the day prior and nothing indicated we needed a reservation. We even looked at their menu posted on their building. How can you only allot for so much food??? The place was practically empty when we walked in. They will not be getting any business from us.

This place is great. The food is delicious, the view of the lake and town at night is very beautiful, and almost every table has access to that view. At 40$ for the filet, I think this place might really be "$$$" instead of "$$" but the quality of our meals was well worth it. Food is as good as the pricer places in town. The service was great up until we got our food and then we sort of lost the waiter, but I think he might have been the only server/busser and had every other table to take care of. We will definitely be back!

Came in for locals night where the menu is 50% off. I definitely recommend making a reservation too. They have a really nice waiting area with couches and a fire going. I ordered a cocktail which was basically a beer glass filled with vodka, half melted ice, a splash of cranberry and some black berries thrown in (they were supposed to be muddled). It was so strong I could barely drink it and if I did I'm not sure I would of been able to walk out the door by the end of the night. We ordered a of couple apps to start, unfortunately they were out of the charcuterie which was really disappointing. We opted for the calamari and wedge salad instead. Calamari was decent, nice and crispy, a little too salty though and the sauce had a weird smoky flavor. Wedge salad would of been good but had way too much dressing on it. We ordered salmon and scallops for entrees. Salmon was nothing to write home about and it came with something similar to the sauce that came with the calamari, which my boyfriend did not like. Scallops were huge and were actually pretty good. The downfall was how salty they were. The brussel sprouts they came with were also way too salty. Regardless I ate just about everything as the flavor was still good and the scallops were nice and tender. I will say, what saved our experience was the service. Our waitress was incredible. She truly gave top notch service and was very friendly. I even heard the table next to us say they came back because the service was so great the night before. All and all, we will not be back. This place was just a miss for us.

Very nice atmosphere. The food was excellent and came out in a timely manner. French onion soup tasty. steak was prepared to a nice medium heat and the salmon was banging.

Loved the views from here. Beautiful lake. There are benches to sit and enjoy. Kayaks are available to rent. There is also beach.

We were all very thankful to be able to come up to LP again and play in the 2019 Can Am Tournament and eat both nights at the accommodating Adirondack Steakhouse. After our last experience and being made to feel very "unwelcome" at The Boat House...we really loved 2 nights at the Steakhouse! We ate well, we tipped great for the large party we are, and their Staff loved us! Please...do NOT eat at The Boat House!
