My wife needed a gluten free meal and our server was incredibly knowledgeable about what selections would work for her. There were many gluten free selections to choose from. The cauliflower-parsnip potage, filet of beef and creme brulee were all perfectly prepared and delicious! Our server (Stacy) did a fantastic job. Best meal out we've had in a long time.

Our server Jayson was a major disappointment. Fine dining prices with sub par service. We got sat promptly at 815 and waited until 830 to be greeted. The hosted asked if we preferred tap or sparkling water, we opted for sparkling never got it. I ordered the lobster bisque as well as 2 appetizers and they all came out at the same time. The bisque was room temp but again pur server was no where to be found and even stated when bringing the appetizers and soup out that he should have aced that better. I ordered the Saffron lobster and my wife had the pig cheek special. Nighters were particularly hot and a good portion of the pasta was stuck together. For dessert I ordered a double espresso and my wife ordered The View coffee along with creme brulee for the both. It wasn't until we finished our desserts thay we saw Jayson again and had to inform him thay we never got out after dinner beverages. He claimed they were still at the bar and it was backed up then stated that he forgot to ring them in.... which one was it? Table was never adequately cleared. We had to ask for refills on our drinks they were never offered. This was not a fine dining experience at all. We pride ourselves on making great selections and we love to eat out. From California, vegas and all along the east coast we seek out fine dining experiences and this was not one of them. Very disappointing especially after the meal we had the night prior at Salt of The Earth.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at The View for dinner. When we were seated, the restaurant had crafted a special page of the menu honoring our special milestone and welcoming us. The food was incredible, especially the filet mignon that we both had for our entree. The wine was perfectly paired and carefully served, along with everything else we ordered. Our server really made it feel like a special occasion, especially with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate on our dessert plate! I would highly recommend The View for a special occasion meal and celebration. We look forward to being back soon.

The perfect place for a romantic dinner. The dining room looks over the lake and the mountains in the background make a perfect atmosphere. Did I mention the food is great too.

We were very disappointed with food and service . Food was tasteless and very very expensive. The server did not understand English. The desert was an embarrassment (worst cheese cake with cotton candy piece on the side). Do not recommend.

The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and the view was nice too. We ate there 2 nights in a row and enjoyed our meals both nights. There were different specials both nights. We were delighted with a special personalized welcome that was added to our menus.

We were greeted with a warm smile and personalized menus by the hostess upon arrival. Service throughout the meal was spectacular from Milo. We opted for the prefix menu and there were many options in each of the three categories. There were extensive bottled wine selections for a variety of budgets. Special attention was given for our birthday celebration including a personalized dessert plate and a photograph— nice touches when celebrating an occasion.

The atmosphere, service and special touches were very much appreciated. These extras made the experience worth it. Slightly disappointed in my salmon meal, it was too overwhelmed with balsamic and without it, it was boring. All of the other food was good though, perhaps it was an off night.
