I sent my husband to buy some empanadas and 2 stuffed potato balls. When we sat down to eat; the 2 potato balls were overdone (burnt)Husband took ride to return them and was met with a rude worker asking him what did he want him to do. Look at the pic I posted. What the heck kind of question. Instead of apologizing, he was very rude. I will not be ordering from here any longer ??♀️ terrible customer service ☹️.

Hole in the wall sharing a few restaurants in one tiny building. The empanadas are to die for. Rice and beans are nice. Prices are decent. Soda machine was out of about almost everything. I would definitely return.

Usually this place is good but today not so much.. The 2 ladies that were working didn't seem thrilled to be there even though it was only 7:30pm. My empanadas were over cooked and took about 10 mins. They are crunchy on the outside. It was blackened and crispy. Not how the food normally comes out. (As seeen in the picture) Guess this is a sign to order earlier in the day. Food is normally much better than this. I ordered 4 and they all looked like the one in the picture.

The food is mid at best and charging over $4 for a pre made fried empanada is delusional. That is without mentioning the crazy prices of literally everything on the menu. Some of the flavors are also just horrible and I’m confused as to how they ended up on the menu. The Americanized twist to the empanada flavors are almost offensive to the beautiful nature of empanadas. As someone who grew up on empanadas I can confidentially say that you’re better off going somewhere else and as a human being who requires food I can guarantee you that you are better off somewhere else (I’d even suggest you have your child cook for you rather then going here).

I went in here about a week ago, I purchased 2 oreo empanadas, one beef and cheese, and a side of rice and beans. it was so nasty.. my beef tasted sour. the beans were underseasoned. I truly don't recommend this place to anyone. empanada dough was also raw, but also tasted freezerburnt?! get this place under control!! I will never eat here again.

I wasnt ware that a place so good were in my neck of the woodsso i recently tried the island-inspired Cuban sandwiches at "Island Empanadas," located in Ronkonkoma and they were absolutely delightful! The extra cheese and sweet plantains added a perfect touch. I highly recommend anyone to come and savor these delicious flavors.

I went to a fair last night and their truck was there so I decided to give it a try. I am pescatarian and asked them if they fry their veggie empanada in the same oil as the beef and chicken. They assured me that it is cooked separately. After eating it i notice that my stomach starts to feel a little funny. I wake up the next day and have an upset stomach and constantly having to use the bathroom.
