I got there 15 minutes before they close, I understand they might not wanna serve anymore customers, but I was fully ignored by the lady that works there, I would just appreciate if the open light could go off when customers aren’t being served anymore, so no one is inconvenience by an early close

I really like Ralph’s. The girls are always super nice that work there. However, I ended up getting the wrong flavor in a quart size. I got two flavors in one so I scooped out the one on top that was wrong (I hate peanut/peanut butter..) which was supposed to be cookie dough.. I made a video scooping out the ice and dumped right into the sink. It was 11pm (they were closed) and I got the ice at 8pm after my 14 hour work day… I figured since I had the video, that they would do the right thing and at least give me half the purchase price off of the order I made this evening.. Nope. The girls called their boss, and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I know it’s not their fault (the girls) But from business owner to business owner, I understand people take advantage sometimes. But that seems like a lot of work on my end to video me dumping the ice into the sink. Sucks because I literally spent 100 bucks the past 2 weeks there.. (been having a Italian ice habit.. lol) Even worse, they took my number down, so one of the owners could call me.. I didn’t ask for them to do this either, but they never called. Super frustrating ..Not going back to this location..

Five stars because I’m a Ralph’s addict and it’s a nostalgic place for me now.ServiceHigh school kids need weekend and summer jobs. The service is more than acceptable. I wish the Ralph’s mascot would make an appearance here though. I’ve always wanted to see a lemon with a top hat in real life.FlavorsIn a good way, this place is a mess. The flavors are plastered everywhere in long lists. New flavors are randomly placed on pieces of paper on the windows. It’s confusing and daunting to pick a flavor but it works for Ralph’s. The cream ices have a good amount of chunks in them, depending on the flavor. I like anything with peanut butter or chocolate chunks in it. Water ices are flavorful. The Ralphie smoothies are incredible too. Big fan of the triple chocolate Ralphie.PriceIt probably costs as much as ice cream but i it’s less expensive than gelato. Ralph’s is an expensive addiction.Recommend? You should try it.

Ripoff Ralph’s. Everything is overpriced. $6 for a tiny melting cone. Owner is unpleasant to say the least.Nothing is worth the price here but ice cream is clearly the worst. Won’t be back.

Great place but update the hours as they are closed for the season

Everytime I show you around 10:30 when it’s “open” till 11 they are always closing early how about switching times. Some of us value our time.

Temptation is a dangerous thing. Sometimes you do everything in your power not to give into it and other times it's too much to overcome. For me, I'm tempted to give Ralph's of Lake Ronkonkoma three stars, but you already saw that I went with four. So why the temptation? Well it's not from the ices themselves. I mean it's tough to ruin Ralph's because it's so consistently wonderful and creamy and amazing and any other adjective that could be used to describe it. I'd also say it's not the lack of flavor choices as they have had plenty of pumpkin pie ice (one of the best seasonal ones out there), and we haven't run into any sold out options (at least not yet). I'd also give their setup a thumbs up. It's nothing amazing, but they have a few tables with umbrellas and a space that nicely separates itself from Portion Road. Also the giant Adirondack chair is kinda cool too. And I can't lower my score due to pricing either. I mean Ralph's definitely isn't as cheap as it used to be, but it's still pretty reasonable for what you get. So why the tempted three star review? Slow service. I feel bad saying this because the people who work here seem to be friendly enough, but of all the Ralph's I've been to, they just seem to move at a snail's pace. My fiancée had an issue where things just took forever for her to finally come home with ices (I thought maybe she got lost), and when I was here with my fiancée a different time, it took us forever just to order our two medium pumpkin ices. Last night was the third strike when it took way too long for them to give ices to one woman while I was standing in the rain. I'll say it probably doesn't help that it often seems like only one or two people are working each time we've been, but I'm not sure how they staff the place. It's just discouraging to know that when there's a line, things are gonna take time. Overall, I'll take this piece and consider it an unfortunate (but not unfixable) part of Ralph's of Lake Ronkonkoma and make a 3 1/2 star feel a full four. The place is still nice, the ices are still amazing, and it's so close to my house that I can't see myself going to any other location other than here...even if I might be just a little tempted to do it.

I took my grand daughter here to relive when she was younger. She's 13 now. We just lost her Papa, this time her adventure was with her mama, me! I told her how her Papa and I would take her and her older brother to Ralph's first then to feed the ducks at Ronkonkoma beach and then the playground and to the water . It was a walk down memory lane. I also told her about the legend of the Indian princess. Look it up. The story is very interesting. ??

It's Okay. We went there for their newish soft serve flavors, but it looks like they are not pushing them, either no crowd interest or the kids behind the counters didn't get the machines going

Great ice cream but they never have the flavors I order first
