After spending 73.61 on a 16 piece bucket of chicken we ordered extra crispy but got very soggy original only reco 15 pieces all leg and thigh no chicken breast at all when you're spending that much money is disgusting to get crap that bad

Went through the drive though for lunch. They are accurate and friendly. A little hard to understand through the intercom and I sat there a minute or 2 before anyone came over the intercom to wait on me even though it seemed to be slow.

I ordered drive through two chicken sandwiches. I asked for extra pickle. I get home, and they loaded my sandwich with mayo. My bun and chicken Are literally mush. I can’t even eat it.

what is going on in bought a large coleslaw to go, it had barley any dressing and was dry, this use to be my favorite why would they skimp and change it so radically. I don't care about price, and I could have bought coleslaw in wegmans while I was getting fish but I thought I'll get my favorite. not again. what gives?

Love the food, but you have family it's very expensive. They had promotions but didn't offer my husband what the Thursday special was. Their people need to offer the special when they are ordering and check out not find the sign back in the dining room where a customer can't see it.

Horrible! Dining room was completely filthy and trash was running over. When I complained about my incomplete order I was treated VERY rudely. It was the General Manager Tonya. What a horrible attitude and dirty manger.

I don't usually complain, but this experience made me livid. The female supervisor forgot to put the extra sauces I paid for in my bag. When I asked for them, she accused me of putting them in my pocket! What kind of clown show are you guys running! Ive been there 3 times over the last week and something has been missing every single time! I realize everyone forgets, not a big deal, but their extremely rude about it! That's ok though, back to Chick-fil-A I go.
I had to wait over a half hour at the drive thru for a 4pc tender, i had to go inside to even get my food, then once i was in there the whole lobby was waiting and had been waiting for their food for a good while, i have never gone when their day shift is there but their night shift if awful, the food was cooked but nobody knew how to bag anything

The food is good, however the service and workers were aweful. They don't know how to make change, and there was no way to order a large. When I asked for a meal, they couldn't make any of the sides a large, so I got a small fry. Yet, they were able to give me a large drink and have me pay more. The only way to get a large fry was to order it by itself, and pay over 5 dollars. I've been to other kfc's and never had this problem. I ended up paying like 18 dollars, for some tenders, small fry, small corn, and a drink. 18 dollars for one person, wasn't full btw because everything was a small, is insane.
