We had dinner at Franks under the new management a few nights ago and we were all so impressed! You would have never guessed they just opened, the service was great, the food was delicious along with our cocktails (jam session YUM) and the new owners continued to check in through out our meal. Went to Franks on Friday 01/16. New owners and some familiar faces too. We started with stuffed hot peppers, they were cheese stuffed and topped with their homemade red sauce and they were accompanied by their homemade focaccia bread all was delicious. But the highlight for me was their beer battered fish fry, which was cod. The batter was crisp and golden brown, the fish itself was flaky and moist. The macaroni salad was my favorite of the sides, but the fries and coleslaw...
Great little place with awesome staff, terrific food and fast service. Bathroom is spotless even though restaurant was packed. Only negative was that we were seated in the back room and it was very chilly.
