I drive 30+ minutes cause it's so good! Guy I spoke with there drives from Alden to get his pizza there. That says something. Good job!

Usually I never have an issue with service or the food, today I called and placed my order while the guy was rushing me off of the phone then hung up on me, I get there to pick it up and the guy who took the order never put it in so then I waited almost an hour for a medium pizza & a single order of wings. Won’t be ordering from here for awhile.

Our group loved everything we ordered. I'll visit again for sure!
I love the Stinger pizza here, but the service really hurts the experience. I ordered a large stinger and 20 wings (10 hot, 10 medium garlic parm). I checked the food after leaving and I had to go back because all the wings were garlic parm. The employee took the box back and brought it back with the other wings in it. When I got home I tried both wings and then realized that I was given hot bbq sauce and not buffalo. Not only that, the employee removed 12 wings instead of 10 and only gave me 9 of the hot bbq sauce! So I’m 3 wings short, and it’s the wrong sauce TWICE! Not cool. I’m regretting suggesting this place to my friends, definitely won’t be returning for wings again.

I absolutely do not recommend this location, Papa's pizza is amazing but this location, not so much. You 100% will be waiting double the amount of time you're told on the phone, I was told 30 minutes for two items, came right on time and continued to wait another 40 in a packed room of other people, and the customer service was just not there. Don't go to this one.
wouldn't recommend to anyone, when we called to order it took 10 minutes, 5 minutes just to get a total on 4 items. then was told 45 minutes, arrived right on time and waited another 30 minutes inside. where 1 was busy on his phone, and all 3 workers gave me nasty looks. terrible customer service and terrible food, not worth anyones time or money.

Food was decent but the customer service is terrible. Called in my order and waited on the phone for quite a long time. Then when we went to pick up the food it took an extra 20 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. The people working inside were rude and kept giving my boyfriend dirty looks.

One day it's good, one day it just isn't. It was like ordering from 2 totally different pizzerias, one of which I wouldn't order from...ever. the breadsticks last week were out of this word. Tonight, they pulled them out of the slice warmer and threw them in a box. Stale and soaked in grease. Inedible. Pizza last week was dynamite. Tonight...meh. if I were the owner, I'd be beyond angry. It's the pizza game, and inot for nothing, consistency is paramount.

I ordered a pizza and asked for it well done. I was told 30-35 minutes for pickup. I got there in 25 minutes and the pizza was already done and sitting in the window. I live close by and when I got home the pizza was lukewarm at best and undercooked. Soggy doughy mess.

Currently at the Hamburg location around noon. Ordered dine in. The dining room was dark, tables still dirty from the night before. Pop machine was not working. Worker took the nozzles out of a bucket “because she didn’t have enough time to properly wash them”. Pizza has taken over an hour to get. We are the only ones here
Not worth the hype. Terrible.
Ordered at 5:47pm for the Lancaster location, said 6:30pm pickup. Told couple minutes when I arrived. Did not get pizza until 7:10pm. Bottom crust couldn’t have been anymore burnt and totally black. Staff is absolutely incompetent. No apologies as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM PAPAS !! Lots more competent & tasty options in Lancaster.
Slice review. Papa's Pizza Oven. Ordered the sweet sauce to compare with the last time I had it. Let's start with the good, which is a very small list. If you like cheese, Papa's will please you. Lots of cheese. This is where my praise ends. I don't know what was wrong with the dough today, might of been old. The dough was thinner than NYC pizza. Not a good dough for all the slop of sauce and mess that this pizza is. Pepperoni may be hand cut or thick sliced. Which is a preference of mine. The pepperoni had no tang or flavor. Very mild and disappointing. Now on to the sauce, which I will use another D word for explanation. Disgusting. Sauce so sweet, I thought I was having dessert. I felt my blood sugar rising. No flavor to the sauce, just sauce and sugar/honey. I would prefer to eat a cup of sugar vs eating this pizza style ever again. This isn't Buffalo Pizza. No old school place ever made this in the West Side or North Buffalo. I'm going to give this pizza a solid 2.3, using the One Bite scale. Which pretty much mean that this pizza has no redeeming qualities and you should not stop or spend money at any of their locations, unless you like pizza that tastes like candy. The homemade bleu is OK, reminded me of Just Pizza's a bit, but of course, Papa's had to use the wrong Bleu chunks and ruined the contrast of the flavor profiles. If you're gonna jazz up a Bleu, the Bleu needs to be milder, to not take away from the experience
