The last like 3 times I’ve gone they have messed up my drink. It is a mocha latte. Where is the mocha? Now it’s undrinkable because I like sweetener and there’s none. I’ve started going less because they suck and this was my last time. Plenty of other Tim Hortons around that isn’t this one!

Over the last few months service has gone completely out the window. There is a better chance of your food being wrong than being right, and if you try to get your food fixed, staff will argue with you and blame you for their mistake. Don't go here if you have any other option
Edit:I've been going to this Tim Hortons for almost 20 years as they are within walking distance, this is a newer problem, the customer service team has been made aware every time and nothing has changed

I stop every Sunday on my way into work last week they made me a large tea It was supposed to be four sugar I got four cream... I work alone so I was unable to return when I stopped today I was going to mention to them not a one said good morning how are you oh I did get how can I help you when she came over the most miserable looking group of young people like not a one of them wanted to be there I will now go out of my way to go to the location on Broadway and Bowen road

I have visited several Tim Hoton shops, and I have never been disappointed. Coffee was good, breakfast sandwich was warm and fresh. We also got timbits. They were soft, fresh, and delicious. Their donuts look so good, and they are always fresh. We will continue visiting their shops. Tim Hortons prices are great.

These guys are not supposed to take tips but I caught them scamming old people and making fun of them after they tip. They'd give out free food for a while to get tips then say ohh the cameras are really being watched..so they can guilt trip the old people into still tipping them while they're on a fixed income and laughing at them. The workers a rude and always have an attitude. So yourself a favor and don't go there and DO NOT leave a tip they're not allowed to take them and they definitely don't appreciate it...fyi my grandfather's part of this keep. Now they wanna kick me out cuz I caught on. Time to call corporate...got it all on video too!!!!!
