OMG... just got home after ordering a grilled cheese sandwich. This has to be a joke - 2 barely toasted pieces of buttered bread with 4 slices of unmelted cheese???Just terrible! ??

Drive through line is much quicker than going in. Their hit beverage machine always seems to be Down. Great product and service. This is our closest, “go to” Timmy’s.

Sunday mornings need more staff. The kids who run it need training or help. Mobile ordering is a complete waste of time because they don’t make your order until you come into the building and wait in line, just to tell them you already ordered. I come a few times a month when I’m in the area working and this is one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. The owner should be embarrassed of the product they’re putting out.

We went at 8:30 (they clise at 9) and I tried to order my tea and the lady working said "sorry we can only do coffe" with and attitude and a scoff at the end.

Wow. I had to walk up to 3 different employees and ask where I go to pick up an online order before one could even be bothered to acknowledge my presence. The first girl I asked 3 times. I was polite. I said excuse me miss. Then mam can I ask you a question. Then, hi can you hear me I'm trying to ask you where I go for pick up. All 3 times she ignored me. She was less then one foot away from me. The cashier wouldn't answer me either. I had to go around and ask one of the people preparing the food to help me. I guess I wasn't white enough for them. I will never come back here. I don't recommend any one of color does either

The worst service I’ve had ever. Waited 15 minutes for small order inside in front of me. Ordered over and over in store. Egg and cheese on English muffin The guy behind the useless contact less shield kept asking croissant? No. English muffin. Egg and cheese. Then asked if I meant sausage No. Simple. Egg and cheese on English muffin. This went on over 12 minutes same thing. English muffin with egg and cheese. No employee came over to help. Then he screwed up the order. Total time for order he screwed up : 23 minutes. This is pathetic

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. The worst tim hortons i've ever been to. They messed up every single thing in my order and it was ALL teenagers working who were also rude. It's time to shut this place down.
