I don't like to leave bad reviews but the worst possible service. I just wanted a donut and came up to the counter. There were seven employees. I stood and stood and stood after several minutes I just left. I never got any service no one even said hello. Maybe you can only purchase donuts at Dunkin Donuts on an App

Drive through got my order right so no complaints. I needed a frozen drink that my dog and I could share but not ice cream.

Never had any issues here, workers are usually quick with getting orders out. Easy to use the drive through or walk inside, do recommend using mobile app to order ahead and you'll be able to redeem free food and drinks.

The worst Dunkin in the area, you’d think in an area that’s not so populated they’d have a better control on things but that’s the furthest thing from the truth. Avoid at all costs.
This place never has nothing there reason oh we are sold out I find that hard to believe when there’s like 3 or 4 other Dunkin’ within proximity. When I go personally all they do is talk and gossip bat paying attention to the work they are doing.

I'm not going for the drinks, I'm going for the donuts and they suck anymore. Where's the blueberry, the peanut, the Bavarian cream with powdered sugar, where are the donuts period. Dunkin wants to sell donuts with frosting on them. And they're gross. We're not little kids. And what are we Dunkin? Not the crap they are selling.

Worst Dunkin ever. Called to order a box of Joe and a dozen donuts for pickup in over an hour. No big deal. Person says we can’t do that, we have a drive through. Don’t you sell coffee and doughnuts and they can’t figure out how to do a simple order for coffee and doughnuts. Apparently hiring employees with a positive IQ can’t happen in Lansing. Moravia figured it out in 10 seconds.
