I admire this restaurant! They give awesome dishes, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is well trained, I enjoy a lot tasting all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the service towards the visitors is nice. I go often to this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it to all.
One of my main spots to eat. good location, always clean, and very good customer service. A must try!
Great food and atmosphere
I have now eaten here 5 times and every time the food has been excellent! I would highly recommend it.
Having lived in Milan and travel often, I will say Bonasera's is one of the best northern Italian restaurants in NY! The dishes are AUTHENTIC. I will say that the risotto and polenta taste exactly like they do in Northern Italy.. I highly recommend this restaurant- especially for those who appreciate Authentic style Italian food.
Not great, not terrible. The risotto was definitely the best thing we ordered, and the service was great. Everything else was ok. A bit overpriced in my opinion.
Everything, nice spot with good food. Staff fantastic!!
My husband and I checked it out for first time this past weekend and had a great time. Enjoyed the cozy but lively atmosphere- friendly engaging staff- and food was delish! Fun non alcoholic drink specials and love the idea of BYOB! Regular customer we sat next to raved about the various dishes on menu. Will definitely be back!
Warm inviting atmosphere, excellent food & Cordial friendly staff are the attributes that make this our home away from home.
Since Bonasera's opened, I have been back 7 times. My favorite dish is Cioppino. The lobster is tremendous. I highly recommend !

Fantastic menu, food and service. The mozzarella was incredible. Made fresh daily! 5 stars!
Fabulous!!!! Loved it!!!!wonderful service and good.
Tasteful and eloquent without abandoning the warm, welcoming reception most intimate restaurants fail to execute. The pasta and risotto dishes have a uniqueness that make their chef’s (very kind) small town Italian upbringing apparent at the first bite. Finally, the manager Michael was kind, knowledgeable, caring and overall a fun guy to talk to. Come in on a Friday and you’ll find my wife laughing louder than we probably should.
I had the opportunity to eat here and I was so happy after trying the Fusili Pesto and the Salmon. The manager and the owner were super attentive and the place has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Bonasera's- what can I say other than Amazing. The food was excellent as was the service. The décor was warm and inviting and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My girlfriends and I had the Mom's Meatballs, Crab Cakes and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail for appetizers. Entrees we choose were the Chicken Capricosa, Grilled Rack of Lamb and the Cioppino which was an amazing seafood stew. The Tiramisu homemade by the Chef and was the best we ever had. Definitely will go back.
