This place was absolutely great! The service was super quick and the food was fantastic. I loved the interior decor, reminds me of local spots in Manhattan.

I started working in Mamaroneck 3 years ago and up until this year I hadn't gone to Stanz. I don't know why no one had told me sooner about this place! The sandwich's are like your typical Italian deli sandwich but with a modern twist. There is all different kinds of breads to choose from. I still have yet to try their breakfast but I hear they have the best bacon egg and cheese. That is next on my list! They also have yummy looking salads. Lastly, I got a chocolate chip cookie because it was only $1 and I wish I had bought 5, sooo soft and chewy! Definitely recommend for your next brunch outing.

Legendary Larchmont cafe. Everyone in this town knows Stanz Cafe and with good reason. Great, rustic decor with gourmet level creations for breakfast and lunch. Coffee is fantastic. My favorite breakfast is the Soft Fried Eggs, Grilled Corned Beef, Gruyere, Grain Mustard, Open Faced Rustic Toast. That mustard has a kick and makes the sandwich unique and delicious. The Soft Fried Eggs, Bacon, Gorgonzola, Arugula, Rustic Toast is also very good. The Gorgonzola cheese has a creamy rich taste so make sure you like it before ordering. The staff are always so friendly. They greet you with a smile and hand you your number for your order. You sit anywhere you'd like and five minutes later, a friendly staffer brings out your perfectly prepared dish. Enjoy.

It was my first time here. We weren't sure what to do and nobody said anything. We didn't know you didn't get seated by a hostess. There was a small sign that we didn't see giving directions on what to do. Apparently, you need to pick up a menu and figure out what you want go to the cashier and pay for it then they give you a number and you find a seat. It was very packed so this was harder to do. It was also extremely loud in there because you share long tables with other guests. We finally found a seat but then had to find someone to come over and clean the table and remove dishes and garbage off of it. He only cleaned part of the table and left! My Food arrived it was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my chicken salad platter with the walnuts and cranberries and delicious salad dressing. The shrimp and grits were ok, a little disappointing and a smaller portion. My friend was still hungry after she ate them. This experience was very inconsistent so I need to come back and try again

I loved the ambience of this place! It’s adorable and the service is great too.Food and coffee were both mediocre at best. But I’d definitely like to give it another shot as I’ve only heard raving reviews from everyone. Perhaps what I ordered wasn’t the best choice.

Mostly great just DO NOT GO HERE FOR ESPRESSO COFFEE. Great vibe, tasty baked goods. I enjoy a Cortado and everything about their espresso is consistently really really really bad.

The food was delicious! However, the cashier and the waiter at the bar attitude weren't the best. The service seemed rushed and not attentive.

Even though Stan'z isn't in my backyard, I found myself there fairly regularly in my early Yelping days since my brother went to school in the area. After a few tries though I stopped going - not due to anything the restaurant did, I just stopped coming to the area. Anyway, I was having my car serviced close by and since I had not had breakfast yet I thought Stan'z was the perfect place to grab some breakfast while waiting for my car. Stan'z is located on one of the main commercial strips of Larchmont. The restaurant kinda works like a quick service where you place your order at the counter before sitting, and then your food is served to you. The space looks great - high ceilings, a contemporary/urban aesthetic, and plenty of seating. The large windows out front let a lot of light in, and during the warm weather they have the option to sit outdoors. We went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy - something to note if you're coming on a weekend (the earlier the better). Stan'z is mostly a breakfast and lunch spot, and they have a good selection on interesting an innovative dishes without them being intimidating. They also have a good selection of coffee and some baked goods. During my most recent visit I had one of their sandwiches: egg, bacon, gorgonzola, and arugula on toast. The sandwich was good - fresh ingredients and everything complemented each other. The dish also came with a side of home fries which were just fine (it's hard to wow with home fries, IMO). Service was good, everyone was friendly and food came out quickly. Overall, Stan'z isn't to be overlooked if you're in the Larchmont area - they serve a solid breakfast in a comfortable atmosphere.

Nice place to meet a friend for breakfast. You order and pay at the counter and find a table. All very efficient. Delicious food, clean and neat locale, polite service.

Went there for a brunch and it was a pleasant surprise - nice spot, great service and solid ambiance. Despite being busy we were served well with an attentive server. She was great. The starter was the Brussels sprouts. Great start good acidity and well prepared Entrees were the eggs Benedict and the omelette. Eggs were cooked perfectly and Canadian bacon was solid with no fat. Really nice dish with smashed potatoes I recommend this place!

The restaurant is very unique and the food is very much outside the norm. I personally have enjoyed everything I've ordered. The service is great and very friendly, except for the Barista. I believe his name is Fernando and he's very rude and seems miserable every time I have to interact with him. He makes great coffee but is definitely suited for a job in the back of the house where he does not have to interact with customers.
