For such an nice neighborhood, this Starbucks is not at the same level. Cleanness issues. Very messy. There seems to always be a random bucket sitting around, stuff hanging out of cabinets and trash in front of the store. It is rundown and in need of a face-lift and a manager that can keep their store cleaner.

If I could leave no stars I would. The management is awful. The SM clearly doesn't care for ruining peoples days when they just want a cup of coffee. She treats customers and staff like garbage. Other than HER. It's a nice store.

I usually hate leaving bad reviews but this is warranted. So this USED to be my favorite Starbucks but I'm convinced that they have hired someone who hates their job and is purposely messing up orders and is always in a bad mood. Other day ordered an iced espresso NO MILK. Got it with milk. Didn't say anything threw it out. Today was ridiculous. I ordered 2 iced espressos and waited over 20 minutes and the way I received the coffee HAD to have been on purpose. I ordered a triple shot with a SPLASH of cream and got a VENTI that looked like it had ZERO coffee and was a venti cup with milk filled to the top and the cup had caramel lined in it. It's a shame that so many people need jobs and they hire people that hate their jobs and take it out on the customer. I returned the coffee and just asked for a refund to my card which I'm not even seeing. As someone who used to work at Starbucks I would NEVER take it out on a customer. Can't even say I was rude they didn't know who I was it was mobile order. Someone is just mad and is being purposely rude.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but they either get your order wrong or package it poorly. I’ve lost so much money ordering through Uber and they always mess up my order. For some reason, I could never get a refund. I ordered twice today as well, and they messed up both times and no refund. I am livid and will never order from here again. They have no respect for loyal customers

The young teenagers appear rather unfriendly, which dissuades me from revisiting. Despite it being Starbucks, a convenient spot for quick coffee and scone fixes, a warm and inviting ambiance undeniably elevates the overall experience. One can't help but wonder why they seem so unhappy, almost as if they despise their job

Ordered a venti white mocha with almond milk. Got my drink, started driving away, took a sip, not almond milk. Went back, parked, asked for almond milk. Started back to my car, took a sip, no white mocha. Went back and asked for white mocha sauce. A short, dark haired guy with a dark mustache and beard, snarkily retorts, " It's gonna be okay!" No apology for making the drink wrong, twice, nothing. Hmm, if I ever see the barista with the bad attitude behind the counter, I'm outta there! I can go elsewhere.

Me and my co-worker were sitting by the window, for a couple hours. An employee by the name of Josh came up and we thought he was going to kick us out for being there for so long. Instead he offered us a beverage. This was excellent customer service.

Too loud music. Staffs are not friendly like other starbucks . The brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso taste strange. Not like many that i had ordered before but when i told the guy barista, he said this one is famous here… i knew that… that’s the reason we ordered it repeatedly…Even i live around here but prefer the other starbucks somewhere else.
