Starbucks is a mixed bag for me. While their wide selection of drinks and convenient locations are appealing, there are some downsides. The young teenagers appear rather unfriendly, which dissuades me from revisiting. Despite it being Starbucks, a convenient spot for quick coffee and scone fixes, a warm and inviting ambiance undeniably elevates the overall experience. One can't help but wonder why they seem so unhappy, almost as if they despise their job

Me and my co-worker were sitting by the window, for a couple hours. An employee by the name of Josh came up and we thought he was going to kick us out for being there for so long. Instead he offered us a beverage. This was excellent customer service.
