The dry pulled pork sandwich was honestly disappointing from start to finish. The pork itself lacked seasoning and flavor, making the whole sandwich taste bland and lifeless. Even the pickles were dry, which somehow made the sandwich feel even more dull instead of adding the usual tang and crunch. The bread and meat together had almost no flavor unless I dunked the sandwich in ketchup, which ended up being the most flavorful thing on my plate. I also tried the ranch on the side hoping it might help, but it was thin and watery and didn’t add much at all. On top of that, the service was pretty slow—it took about eight minutes just to get a glass of water. Overall, the sandwich needed a lot more seasoning, moisture, and flavor to be enjoyable. Our server only came up to our table twice in the hour and a half we were here. Over all I will not be coming back. A waste

My friend and I came here last night on a BUSY night. I've worked in the restaurant industry, so I understand when the kitchen gets backed up. I really appreciated my server/bartender Ethan for his honesty and positive attitude in their situation. Once we got our food it was delicious. Chicken Picatta Gnocchi!! I'm excited to bring my girlfriend here because she has been searching for good gluten free spots. I am looking forward to coming back.

I went to your Lathem NY location tonight for Valentine’s Day with my wife and daughter. Was gonna be our 3rd yr in a row.

Sat down at 6:20pm and 1 hr later we hadn’t even gotten our apps. The bar took forever on my wife’s drink and the server appeared to have totally forgot she even ordered it.

By 7:35 I was telling the waitress to get me the check for my kids meal ( the only meal that made it to the table) and the drinks and we left.

It’s sad that we got told oh we are slow tonight, oh the kitchen is behind…. The upfront staff on our way out said “corporate screwed us on staffing we apologize.

I explained we don’t even get French opinion soup, it’s not made from scratch. Couldn’t get a bowl
Of soup to a table in 60+ mins….

The screen by the cooks was almost all lit up in red…. Pretty sure thats a bad sign 😂

We told the tables around us that were just sitting down to leave if they wanted to eat any time soon

Won’t be back after this experience

We had gone there a few times before and it was closed when the hours said open. We tried again and it didn't disappoint. They gave a full regular menu and gluten free one as well. The service was wonderful, the food delicious. And I recommend the cheesecake for dessert.

We came at dinner rush and the staff was on top of it and timely. Food was amazing. I had the gluten free barbecue flat bread as i’m gluten intolerant and my husband had shrimp scampi and it was all delicious. 10/10 recommend and will be bringing family here when they come to town

Went here on February 5th and had the utmost amazing experience. The food was great but the staff was also kind, timely, and friendly. It made the experience amazing as i’ve never been to 110 Grill before. 100% will make this my go to spot for restaurant dinners

I was in town with a large group for a work event. We entered the restaurant on a Monday night, it was nearly empty. Despite this we were in the restaurant for 3 hours. It took an extended period of time to place drink and food orders and receive our food. After waiting a long time for our checks we finally received them with an included 20% gratuity. I understand that we're a large group, but based on the service we received, a 20% was not appropriate.

Blown away by our dining experience the other evening. My best friend and I went to visit family in NY and made a stop for dinner. She’s celiac and we’ve heard great things about 110. Our server was delightful and the food was even better! A manager even brought her food to her! Dennis was quite the catch with his cheerful spirit and thoughtfulness! We are so grateful to be able to dine together again due to her allergies and 110 made that possible, what a great location thanks to Dennis and his team !
