The food was comparable to NASTY frozen TV dinners, no, I would’ve rather eaten a TV dinner at least it would’ve been hot and fresh. Meat was dry, food was cold, there were things forgotten from our order… Actually, the restaurant was just terrible all around I have nothing positive to say.

We have been here several times as a group; but this time was not a good experience. The food for 4 out of 5 in our party came out cold and undercooked. It was brought back and came out the same way. We probably will not go back.

so me and my other watched a group of three food get served before ours which they came in about twenty minutes after us. They apparently lost our ticket when there was only maybe 5 tables seated barely anyone eating here. waited an hour for one entree and a salad to took a hour for that. our food was cold , dry , and soggy. for amount we paid was very disappointing

We came here with a large party, and while I expect some delays with a big group, the service here was an absolute mess. The only competent person in the entire building seemed to be our waiter, JJ—who was basically doing every job himself because no one else appeared to care. The sodas were flat, the food came out ice cold, and even the simplest requests were ignored. We asked for ketchup and never got it. It took 45 minutes just to replace our drinks. Plates from people who left after 30 minutes were still sitting there nearly three hours later. Taking an hour to clear a single table is beyond lazy—it's downright diabolical.

Unimpressed. Picked up food for the family and found no GF stickers on anything. We rely on the GF food being clearly marked to keep out Celiac family members safe. The onion string were burned and they got boxed up and sent out anyway.-I will try and attach a picture. The manager insisted everything was Gluten Free and that they would credit us for the burned food.

Had beer spilled all over me by the bartender serving drinks and paid full price. Tough luck combined with bad customer service.

I don't think I've ever had the worst dining experience. Our waitress wasn't very good she was nice apologize for the horrific food which was overcooked and cold I got the Cod the fish was cold the mashed potatoes were cold the brussel sprouts were hot and that's all I could eat. The manager apologize and said I'll send the cook. She did not offer to fix anything offer a different meal. The cook came out to apologize and I'm sure he was sorry but it was the worst meal I've ever had. The winner in this was my dog who got two steaks and salmon. This place is officially crossed off of my list. Bad food and bad Services one thing a manager who's not willing to face a table and try and make things right that's sad. The food highlight was the appetizers which were all respectable.

Very disappointing experience tonight. I am visiting from outside of town and thought it would be great for my family of 11 to go out for dinner. It was pretty empty, so I was optimistic that it would be great. First of all our waitress while nice was MIA and we twice had to get a manager. Then the food was cold or overcooked, so much so a lot of us never finished our meal. Instead of the waitress offering to make it right, she apologized and disappeared. The manager was no better, she came over and assessed then she too disappeared. They did adjust the bill, but we all would have liked to have our meals. We are ordering pizza now since we really aren't able to eat. I would have understood if the restaurant was packed, but we counted 16 people total on this big restaurant, our table should have been a cake walk. Until they fix the kitchen to wait staff communication so things come out hot and correct avoid if you can. Here is the kicker, no toilet paper was in either bathroom, can't make it up since it encapsulates our entire experience.

I have come here 4 times. Each time the food was phenomenal with the exception of my sandwich being a little burnt one time. I have to say that service has been terrible each time I have come, especially the wait. Each time I’ve been here, I have waited around 5-10 minutes to be sat. After being sat, I waited between 15-20 minutes each time for a drink. The food does take awhile to come out, but that is because they take the time to cook it well. The server, however, always fails to give any drink refills on water or ask how the food is. The most recent time I have come, I waited 10 minutes to be sat and 18 minutes once sat for my server to come over, however it wasn’t on the server because she arrived to work and clocked in AFTER we had been sat.
I think this is a management problem rather than the specific servers because they are very nice and friendly, but they need to manage their schedules better and have proper hosts and servers with better schedules so they don’t just sit people and they wait around for a server to clock in.

Worst service I have ever experienced, had to ask for silverware multiple times, server would disappear for prolonged periods, and said approximately 4 words total. Food was cold, tasted bad. Fish tacos were slimy cold tasted like they pulled out of freezer put on plate. We go to the 110 in canton and this location here in Latham is nothing like 110 by us. Very disgraceful to the 110 chain, will not be coming back to this location.

Not the best experience. Short staffed so felt bad for the waiter, however the kitchen seemed to have help but the chefs didn't know how to work together. Food came up and sat their until the rest of the food was ready so it just made everything cold. Had to return the fries they were so cold only to have them come right out again which means the sit in a warmer. The ruben sat waiting til the burger was done not even under heat lamps. I watched as everyone's meals were being prepared like this. COLD. Have to say won't be back.

Second Terrible experiance. This time appetizer came out with food, one meal missing no one told us what was going on. The Cuban sandwhich was horrible, cold and not pulled pork on it, than ordered nachos to replace and they were burnt to a crisp. No toilet paper or soap in men's room, had to tell manager and than got attitude. No salt in salt shaker. Server was wonderful despite the manager literally screaming at her in front of everyone in restaurant. Manager also yelled at kitchen staff in front of everyone. Worst experiance I ever had in a restaurant. And the way the food looked seriously concerned with possibility of food poisoning. Will never come back again.

We stopped in today for lunch, once again everything was awesome!!!! Every time we stop in the food is excellent and the staff is so accommodating to my dietary needs, if you have celiac and are struggling to find a great restaurant I highly recommend this place, thank you for what you do.
I came with a party of 8 people on a Monday evening and there were hardly any people there. The service was slow, the waitress was not attentive (forgot our napkins and utensils), and the table we were sitting at had lots of hot air blowing on it. The soup I ordered (clam chowder) was totally tasteless. I ordered the shrimp scampi and that was tasteless as well. It had no cheese on it. The meal was pretty expensive, so I was really disappointed.
