Don’t miss scallion pancake, fried pot stickers, chicken satay with peanut sauce, tom kha soup, drunken noodles, basil fried rice ... we were stuffed to the gills, but then we saw the dessert menu. Sticky rice and mango ... and 4 forks please! 🤣 I’m uncomfortably full (my fault) but can’t wait to go back.”

“To begin with, I was surprised by the option of BYOB; we'll know for next time! Tammy was an exceptional waitress giving us some insight to many of the dishes on the menu. Her outgoing personality was enjoyable! She was hustling to all the tables to get the other customers orders in a timely manner. The menu was mind blowing of the many choses. What we ordered was absolutely delicious! Thank you to the Chef for making a fresh batch of arancini; eating them took me back to the time I was stationed in Sicily! We will definitely be back again!!!!!”

“Just this evening, I ordered take out from the wrong location. I called Stuyvesant plaza instead of Slingerlands. When I called Stuyvesant about the mistake the manager said, “ No problem”. What’s your address ? I will drive it out to you. Within a 1/2 hour this awesome guy Justin pulled into my driveway with all our food. Hot food and cold salad !! Thank you. Way to go!!”

“Went here for lunch with good friends who come here often it was every thing they said it would be and more the food was excellent. The service was great even though they were very crowded at lunch. We did not feel rushed at all in fact we were there for over two hours. I will definitely return When back in the area.”

“My husband and I had such a great dining experience last night. The appetizers were amazing. The halibut was delicious and my husband loved the tuna special. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff and wish I had been able to try the pear flambé but I was just too full. Looks like we need to come back next Saturday!”

“So this was my first time here…we had a birthday celebration for my boss! About 13 people. Reservations were for 6:00pm. I came about 15 minutes late, and some people had drinks already. We waited for our waitress to return and it was almost 1/2hr. She took our second drink order, and seemed annoyed. The restaurant was very busy (which we were told by other servers) another 1/2hr pasted and finally she took our food orders. At this point, we were very hungry and disappointed-I guess our server had another big table.. So our salads were dropped off but another female server (who seemed very professional and much nicer than our original server) After that things seemed better. Food was good! I just thought about the customer service of the first waitress. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I work in customer service (which is very important especially for first impressions) would i recommend this restaurant yes, food was good. Service was not so great.”

“We went to Milanos for the first time today, and we’re never going back. To say that the service was terrible would be an understatement. Ordered a large pizza and watched it sit there on the counter getting cold because the server was MIA. I was going to walk over there and pick it up myself, but I flagged down the other server who did it for me. Same thing when I asked for the check. I could see if the place was busy and they were understaffed, they weren’t. As far as the food goes, mediocre at best. The “large” pizza was actually small and we left there hungry. We should have eaten at the burger place a few doors down.”

If you don't come here, you're missing out on something wonderful for you, and or your family and friends.”

“We came in for a layover on a flight that lasted alll day and honestly our Rachel was so great!!! She made me feel better about traveling, was quick, handled like 9 or 10 new tables that came in like a bosssss and for an airport restaurant she’s a real keeper. And I really hate flying. I went to their site and Mark gave me a thorough review on the machine that caught my eye (Rancilio Silvia Pro X). “This was my first time trying smoked salmon and it was so delicious!!! It melted like butter to the bite. Create Your Own Salad: Chicken Breast, Smoked Salmon, Smoked Bacon, Avocado, Mesclun mix, Carrots, Corn, Cucumbers, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onions, Shallots dressed with Chipotle Aioli (sauce). I sadly forgot to take pictures of the Honeydew Bubble Tea (24oz ice) with Strawberry Boba and the Wild Berries Crepe (regular with extra Pocky Sticks. I was so caught up eating the salad that by then I forgot my crepe & tea in the fridge. Lol. The crepe is "Sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, vanilla custard cream, whipped yogurt, chocolate pearls, granola." It is so fruity, bright and very creamy! The entire meal was fulfilling and good food.”

“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!”

“So grateful Works Cafe opened a location near Crossgates Mall (Guilderland/Albany)! Only a couple minutes from I-87, worth the stop! Great smoothies, bowls, bagels, sandwiches, and bring your coffee mug to fill for a discount. Best loyalty program too! Earn points! My favorite smoothies… Carrot Mango with added protein and the Kale Crush with added protein. Great for after a workout or when on the run! The folks working there are the BEST TOO!”

“I stopped into Kobe Ramen in Latham for lunch and ordered the wonton soup and a fruit tea. The soup was delicious – the broth was very flavorful and the wontons were cooked to perfection, soft and tender without falling apart. The fruit tea was a nice, refreshing sweet drink to go with it. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great and cozy for a mid-day break. I’d definitely come back here when I want something warm and comforting.”

“I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. It was quite unappetizing to see them being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of customers. The friendly employees are one of the main reasons my husband and I favor this location. I am quite surprised they did not quit on the spot. I gave them a sympathetic look before putting money in one of the tip jars.”
