“To begin with, I was surprised by the option of BYOB; we'll know for next time! Tammy was an exceptional waitress giving us some insight to many of the dishes on the menu. Her outgoing personality was enjoyable! She was hustling to all the tables to get the other customers orders in a timely manner. The menu was mind blowing of the many choses. What we ordered was absolutely delicious! Thank you to the Chef for making a fresh batch of arancini; eating them took me back to the time I was stationed in Sicily! “We went to Milanos for the first time today, and we’re never going back. To say that the service was terrible would be an understatement. Ordered a large pizza and watched it sit there on the counter getting cold because the server was MIA. I was going to walk over there and pick it up myself, but I flagged down the other server who did it for me. Same thing when I asked for the check. I could see if the place was busy and they were understaffed, they weren’t. As far as the food goes, mediocre at best. The “large” pizza was actually small and we left there hungry. We should have eaten at the burger place a few doors down.”

“I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. It was quite unappetizing to see them being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of customers. The friendly employees are one of the main reasons my husband and I favor this location. I am quite surprised they did not quit on the spot. I gave them a sympathetic look before putting money in one of the tip jars.”

“I absolutely love this place! I spent a year oversees living in Korea and this food is some of the best I have had anywhere in the US, including many spots in NYC. Kimbap is so yummy and all of it is very affordable, and it's a small sit down place but clean, well kept and everything came so quickly! The beef bulgogi is perfect, kimbap and beef bulgogi was amazing and it is definitely family run!”

“This was my first time trying smoked salmon and it was so delicious!!! It melted like butter to the bite. Create Your Own Salad: Chicken Breast, Smoked Salmon, Smoked Bacon, Avocado, Mesclun mix, Carrots, Corn, Cucumbers, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onions, Shallots dressed with Chipotle Aioli (sauce). I sadly forgot to take pictures of the Honeydew Bubble Tea (24oz ice) with Strawberry Boba and the Wild Berries Crepe (regular with extra Pocky Sticks. I was so caught up eating the salad that by then I forgot my crepe & tea in the fridge. Lol. The crepe is "Sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, vanilla custard cream, whipped yogurt, chocolate pearls, granola." It is so fruity, bright and very creamy! The entire meal was fulfilling and good food.”

I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!”

“So this was my first time here…we had a birthday celebration for my boss! About 13 people. Reservations were for 6:00pm. I came about 15 minutes late, and some people had drinks already. We waited for our waitress to return and it was almost 1/2hr. She took our second drink order, and seemed annoyed. The restaurant was very busy (which we were told by other servers) another 1/2hr pasted and finally she took our food orders. At this point, we were very hungry and disappointed-I guess our server had another big table.. So our salads were dropped off but another female server (who seemed very professional and much nicer than our original server) After that things seemed better. Food was good! I just thought about the customer service of the first waitress. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I work in customer service (which is very important especially for first impressions) would i recommend this restaurant yes, food was good. Service was not so great.”

The soup was delicious – the broth was very flavorful and the wontons were cooked to perfection, soft and tender without falling apart. The fruit tea was a nice, refreshing sweet drink to go with it. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great and cozy for a mid-day break. I’d definitely come back here when I want something warm and comforting.”

“I ordered delivery because they were one of the few places that allowed online payment. It came through mealeo, even sooner than expected. They handed it to me through the door. Tried some new things like Chop Suey and Buddha's delight. Everything is super solid and delicious, lots of sauce. I like their take on Dragon & Phoenix (called Double Wonder, pictured), it actually makes more sense as the shrimp is spicy too. The egg drop won ton soup was prepared perfectly as well. And the spring rolls... Are spring rolls!”

Great smoothies, bowls, bagels, sandwiches, and bring your coffee mug to fill for a discount. Best loyalty program too! Earn points! My favorite smoothies… Carrot Mango with added protein and the Kale Crush with added protein. Great for after a workout or when on the run! The folks working there are the BEST TOO!”

“Just returned from having a wonderful lunch at Tailored Tea. My husband had a chicken potpie and I had a warm turkey, apple and spinach wrap. They were both delicious. Along with our lunch my husband had English breakfast tea and I had pomergranate, white tea, Berry etc. and they were both delicious too. The restaurant was a little noisey, but our lunch compensated for the noise. When you go to Tailored Tea plan on having a leisurely meal and spending at least an hour or more there.”

“This may have been my second time in this Burger King, but it was definitely a five star experience. I tried the impossible burger, which I usually would not try, but since I was accommodating, the guests I had for a ride down state I stuck to what they were ordering, and I have to say it was delicious.

I would even order it again. The staff were helpful, attentive, friendly, and super accommodating and helped a couple I was transporting with Uber with all their questions and helped them navigate their BK apps.

I’m glad that I chose this Burger King over all the other Burger Kings in the capital District. It was close to the airport. They were fast and the food was prepared very well. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I did not hear any complaints out of anyone eating and that was all three of us.”

“Kuma Ani had very good food and a delightful cashier. He helped me open the Ramune that didn't seem to budge. The crab rangoon was absolutely positively worth every single penny. Id come again even on my busiest day. Totally eat here as it is to die for. One of the friendliest restaurants I've been to in latham.”
