“I recently tried Cheesecake Machismo for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS! By far the best cheesecake I have ever had and I consider myself a cheesecake snob. My family tried: Ube, Hot Cousin-Peach Cobbler, Butter Rum Apple, Caramel Toffee, Cherry Amaretto, and Strawberry. My favorites were Caramel Toffee and Cherry Amaretto and my husband loved the Hot Cousin and Cherry Amaretto! An absolute must try!“

We called whilst traveling from out of town during Christmas just hoping someone may have food available, and the owner texted me personally when the call was missed to let me know he was open and to come by for breakfast! Due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to pickup an order I had placed before closing, and someone came back to the store to allow me to pickup my cake and completely saved the day. “We ordered our wedding cake from Cakes by Grace after having her cake at a friends birthday party. After taking one bite of her cake we immediately knew that we wanted to have her make the cake for our wedding! She did a beautiful job decorating our cake as well as making the most delicious cake! Her frosting is the best! Also the entire process went so smoothly and she was very professional. We are looking forward to ordering more cakes from her in the future!“

“Love their bread and rolls, we usually get subs at our favorite Italian Deli and they use their rolls. Lately I’ve been afraid to get the rolls because I have an allergy to malted barley. It seems to be in every single baked good. I did call Prinzo today and lucky for me, They told me there was no malted barley flour in their breads. I’m looking forward to having one of my favorites again soon!“

“Wedding Cake !!! We ordered from the Clifton Park, NY location a two tiered cake with 14 dozen bundtinis for our wedding in October!!! They were amazing! The cakes & the staff there. They looked amazing displayed as much as their taste. All our guests loved them & thought how unique it was to have as our wedding cake. We cut the cake but fed each other bundtinis… yummy! “In 2021 I ordered 2 graduation cakes from J & S Watkins for my daughter. 1 cake for her graduation day dinner and 1 cake for her party which was a few weeks later. Both cakes were wonderful. Very tasty, moist, not dry and the frosting is to die for. I wish I could bake as well as this bakery. I will always order my cakes from J & S Watkins bakery as they are a family run business and they know how to bake. They are also very friendly and all of the staff who I interacted with were wonderful! They are the best!!!“
“Born and raised in the Schenectady county, I grew up LOVING Freigofers! For the love of me I can’t remember the name of my favorite cinnamon rolls they made. I believe they had a cinnamon/ sugar crumble maybe like pecan or something crushed up with it on the top! Does anybody remember the name of those cinnamon rolls? Or a recipe? I crave them monthly.“

“The boys on the shunt trucks are the best. They come driving to you before you end up in a wrong spot, check your papers and lead you to the dock. I was late for the appointment, so probably took longer than usual, 4 hours. Overnight parking available. Spacious backing. Overall good place if you are delivering at your 8 or 10.“

“Great cozy coffee spot to chill or get some work done. The coffee is excellent, prices are fair, and there’s a reason it’s ranked among the best in town. The only thing missing would be more substantial food options — like paninis or soups — especially during the chilly winter months.“
“The specials are usually really good, best I've had was the churro cake. The cookies are good, I prefer usually to go for the minis because of the price but also they're also baked through more than the larger cookies.
Heads up if you order through doordash, let an employee know because your order will not be on the display screen of waiting orders.
