Blue Ribbon Bakery made my wedding cake in 2021 and it was EXCELLENT. People still talk about it, and my partner and I re-order it every year for our anniversary (crack in icing in picture is my fault during transport - not theirs :)). We've also had cupcakes out of the pastry case (not custom ordered) and they were also amazing. This is my favorite bakery in Schenectady!
