The cookies are awesome and I have been ordering them for a few years. While to rotating ones are always good. The chocolate chips cookies (NOT YOUR MAMA's CHOCOLATE CHIP) are the best. I have only had one issues out of 50 orders which happened which they sent the wrong cookies. They got me the right order the next day for free. Cookie RX/Cookie Therapy Albany has excellent customer services.
Who comes up with this stuff? Genius. Love the cookies. Love the company. The cookies store super well in the freezer which is fantastic news for future me. The Smores and Lulu so far are my favorite!

Out of all the stuffed cookies I've tried, Cookie Therapy has the best hands down. I've been a customer for years, and they never disappoint. I did have an issue with the last order I placed, but I was taken care of, and they made things right. I'm glad they decided to open up again after Covid and hope they continue to stay open for years to come. ?
