Scored their last banana rum cake that day, no shame here when I say I ate HALF of it by myself by the time night came and I honestly don’t want to share what’s left ! So delicious. I can’t explain it with any other word than PERFECTION!
Also adding they seem like the sweetest people! Great customer service and they also provide samples although I declined because I knew that banana rum cake was what I needed in my life !

Been getting these rum cakes at our local festival on LI for years and love them. Was recently diagnosed with celiac and figured I’d never have these again. However when I saw them at the Apple Festival my sister noticed they were advertising a gluten free option! Tasted just like the original and I’m so happy I get to continue to enjoy these cakes! Absolutely delicious! The World’s Best Caribbean Rum Cake is incredibly moist, rich, and full of amazing flavor. The perfect balance of sweetness and rum makes every bite a treat. A truly delightful cake that I highly recommend! Great Team! Tato and Stephan and Nate were great help!
