Today we went to Chuck E. Cheese in Latham for my nephew's birthday and the service we received was absolutely fantastic! The manager and staff member that was working there this evening around 3:30 today went out of their way to ensure my nephew had a great birthday. The food was delicious and it was made to perfection! My nephew was truly happy! I am truly grateful to have been met with such kindness and customer service. Chaotic with all the kids running around in 1 very large room LOL. Food was decent. The kids really had a blast when Chuck E. CHEESE showed up. I miss the older version of Chuck E. Cheese, they used to have a very cool animated Lion dressed up like The King and he sang Elvis Presley songs :).
