My son has been obsessing over Chuck E. Cheese for a while. We were finally able to surprise him, and you did not disappoint. Your employee, Kayla, was phenomenal! And lucky for us, minutes after we walked in, we were greeted by Chuck himself. It's safe to say that my son had a blast! Thank you Latham Chuck E. Cheese for an amazing afternoon 💜

We’ve been coming to this location for years now and it’s always a great experience!! We had a birthday party in November last year and everyone was great..today we had an especially praise worthy visit, the manager on duty was amazing helped us with an issue we had placing an order online and he was very accommodating! The staff here are all great, great with kids and families and it’s apparent they actually enjoy their jobs!! Thank you guys again!

Chuck E. Cheese is a family-friendly spot where children can enjoy games and win prizes, while adults can relax. The food, including the yummy pizza, is satisfactory. The staff is generally nice, and the establishment is well-maintained. Customers have noted the improved quality of the pizza. The restaurant has also received positive feedback from visitors, who were pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of games. Another customer had a great experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by an employee. The restaurant is also known for its convenience.
However, some customers found the food to be overpriced, with a medium pizza, two orders of wings, and drinks costing almost $80. Food is better than expected, and the activity selection was better than expected. Kids had fun and that's all that matters. Definitely going back.
The staff has always been accommodating. Mekkhi was wonderful, friendly, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, the manager on duty was not. When food came out wrong, she attempted to charge for a new one. When pointed out, she became irritated and spoke unprofessionally. This experience was deeply disappointing, and customers expect respectful and professional service.
