“To begin with, I was surprised by the option of BYOB; we'll know for next time! Tammy was an exceptional waitress giving us some insight to many of the dishes on the menu. Her outgoing personality was enjoyable! She was hustling to all the tables to get the other customers orders in a timely manner. The menu was mind blowing of the many choses. What we ordered was absolutely delicious! Thank you to the Chef for making a fresh batch of arancini; eating them took me back to the time I was stationed in Sicily! “Just this evening, I ordered take out from the wrong location. I called Stuyvesant plaza instead of Slingerlands. When I called Stuyvesant about the mistake the manager said, “ No problem”. What’s your address ? I will drive it out to you. Within a 1/2 hour this awesome guy Justin pulled into my driveway with all our food. Hot food and cold salad !! Thank you. Way to go!!“

“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. “Great Friendly service, we have been going for years“

“So this was my first time here…we had a birthday celebration for my boss! About 13 people. Reservations were for 6:00pm. I came about 15 minutes late, and some people had drinks already. We waited for our waitress to return and it was almost 1/2hr. She took our second drink order, and seemed annoyed. The restaurant was very busy (which we were told by other servers) another 1/2hr pasted and finally she took our food orders. At this point, we were very hungry and disappointed-I guess our server had another big table.. So our salads were dropped off but another female server (who seemed very professional and much nicer than our original server) After that things seemed better. Food was good! I just thought about the customer service of the first waitress. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I work in customer service (which is very important especially for first impressions) would i recommend this restaurant yes, food was good. Service was not so great.“

“This Applebee's was near the airport, convenient location. The bartender was friendly, efficient and accommodating. She made suggestions and I had an excellent meal at an excellent value. More than anything, the bar had a good vibe and positivity due the bar staff. Kristen was training Kristen and both of them are awesome.
