What’s your address ? I will drive it out to you. Within a 1/2 hour this awesome guy Justin pulled into my driveway with all our food. Hot food and cold salad !! Thank you. Way to go!!“

“Only 20 years of experience eating at Gold Coin. I grew up with a paper route on 6th Ave in Highland park. I had it all planned out. I would deliver my papers up one side of the street, and then ride over to gold coin and order my shrimp with lobster sauce. Omg that was 4-5 days a week. That was the best dinner on the planet. Still no restaurant on this planet can come close to the taste and flavor. Then I would deliver to the other side of 6th ave, only to grab my dinner and eat it on my bicycle on the way home.
Gold coin is a memory of mine with the most amazing food. I haven't eaten there since they we on 6th Ave in Highland Park. To those that have the pleasure of eating the amazing food, your lucky and enjoy.“

“I went to this place to pick up breakfast for two. The place was very clean and bright and the staff was very attentive. I’m trying to diet so I got a poached egg on toast and it was great. From the time we called for a reservation, right through dinner, the entire staff, and especially our server Casey were so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks, food, and service were all superb! Casey made us feel like we were the only thing that mattered in the restaurant, while the kitchen and bar handled some special requests with ease! In a world where the meaning of hospitality seems to have been forgotten by so many, this restaurant still knows what it means, and executes flawlessly. “We stumbled on the place by chance and were not disappointed. The bartender, Jill was very friendly. Our meals were full of flavor. My husband got the chicken parm and I the barramundi. “I’ve been looking forward to checking out the restaurant, Dove & Deer, since I first encountered their food when their chef was highlighted at the annual Summer Gala fundraiser here in Hudson last year. Their chef served an incredible amuse-bouche with gooseberries and the chef who was there sharing the amuse-bouches was wonderfully charming and the food was incredible! I was so impressed that I’ve been following their social media since then and have been looking forward to visiting the restaurant all the while! I was recently in the area and while I unfortunately wasn’t able to visit the restaurant in person- I was able to order through Door Dash and the meal was incredible! We ordered an assortment of things to share and were thrilled with everything! -Spicy Kale Caesar with shredded kale, croutons, and shaved parmesan! -Truffle Parm Fries with scallions and truffle aioli! -Mini Wagyu Beef Hotdogs made with wagyu beef, served in buttery toasted buns, and topped with mustard, ketchup, and relish! -Hot Lobster Dip made with lobster claw and knuckle meat, gruyere, gouda, fontina, spinach, scallion, and crispy wontons! It is often very difficult for a restaurant to adjust their menu to translate to takeout; and for them to do so where every single dish was not only delicious but also mostly with a great presentation, says a great deal about their attention to detail. This is a restaurant I look forward to dining at again many more times over the years!“

“We had a joyous birthday celebration at my son’s favorite restaurant. Akanomi’s staff and sushi chefs, itamae, excelled at all endeavors. Vivan was spot on with her suggestions and service. She anticipated all of our needs, especially with our children. The chicken soba soup, tuna carpaccio and Hawaii Rolls were our favorites. Then the sashimi / sushi mixed roll party docked. It was stunning in presentation, offerings and taste. Oh my, it was very impressive. A most wonderful time was had by all.“

I recommend everything I got pan fried pork dumplings, spicy chicken dumplings, pork filled chili oil wontons, spare rib, and red bean filled buns. I would definitely be reordering from Taiwan Noodle again! I look forward to trying more items on the menu.

I finally made it in person. The service was friendly, and fast. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. It was easy to talk. It is a small local restaurant that I highly recommend giving a try! All of the food was delectable. The bubble tea and thai tea was delicious.“

“My teenager has summer crew practice across the way from Eggy’s at the boathouse. When I pick her up from the river we stop and enjoy a delicious egg sandwich at Eggy’s. My teenagers are so excited when I pull into the lot every summer. Thank you for being fun.“

The restaurant is nicely styled and comfortable. The greeters and wait staff couldn't have been kinder or more professional. $28.99 is worth every penny just for that. The longest we had to wait between orders was no more than 5 minutes. The food was fresh, perfectly presented and absolutely delicious! I really can't find the superlatives to describe it. “I thought I found my #1 pizza spot here upstate. This one tops them all, yup give me a nice hot greasy, dripping cheesy slice of pizza with a cold soda. I settled for orange soda since they didn't have Welches grape. 10 out of 10
