“Naughter’s is THE breakfast place you want to go to while in Troy (as someone who inherently doesn’t scream about brekkie spots).
The goat cheese omelette special came to me and oh did it sing. I added bacon, because life’s short and why not. An arugula side salad accompanied and was everything. I will be coming back for the spice bag one day. Thank the heavens for local establishments like this.“

Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. Alison and the food made this a great experience. Highly recommended and I will be back.“

“An excellent selection of hard to find Eastern European beers and wines! Plus we tried some local brews. Bartender very good at helping us choose what we’d like. Relaxed atmosphere- we’ve eaten both inside and out in the garden, which is hidden from the street and a nice surprise to find after walking through the black gates. “We just stopped in for dinner for tye first time since the grand re-opening and I can confirm that the food is absolutely just as excellent as it was before the tragic explosion that closed the restaurant for what seems like forever! And the new building and seating are far superior to those in the prior incarnation. Sonya and her family have done it again! For us, Pad Thai Noodle is an essential fixture in the restaurant scene of the Capital District. Their Green Curry (my favorite) and the signature Pad Thai (my wife’s fave) are simply unmatched around here. Highly and unreservedly recommended.“

From the time we called for a reservation, right through dinner, the entire staff, and especially our server Casey were so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks, food, and service were all superb! “I’ve been looking forward to checking out the restaurant, Dove & Deer, since I first encountered their food when their chef was highlighted at the annual Summer Gala fundraiser here in Hudson last year. Their chef served an incredible amuse-bouche with gooseberries and the chef who was there sharing the amuse-bouches was wonderfully charming and the food was incredible! I was so impressed that I’ve been following their social media since then and have been looking forward to visiting the restaurant all the while! I was recently in the area and while I unfortunately wasn’t able to visit the restaurant in person- I was able to order through Door Dash and the meal was incredible! We ordered an assortment of things to share and were thrilled with everything! -Spicy Kale Caesar with shredded kale, croutons, and shaved parmesan! -Truffle Parm Fries with scallions and truffle aioli! -Mini Wagyu Beef Hotdogs made with wagyu beef, served in buttery toasted buns, and topped with mustard, ketchup, and relish! -Hot Lobster Dip made with lobster claw and knuckle meat, gruyere, gouda, fontina, spinach, scallion, and crispy wontons! It is often very difficult for a restaurant to adjust their menu to translate to takeout; and for them to do so where every single dish was not only delicious but also mostly with a great presentation, says a great deal about their attention to detail. This is a restaurant I look forward to dining at again many more times over the years!“

Classic pub style seating and experience. Head up to the bar to order your food and drink, head back with your drinks and wait for the food. Theres tvs showing multiple different games but if youre not there for that the rest of the interior is the perfect astethic for a comfy night at the local bar.
