Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with for our daughter’s wedding. Helping us out with NYS wines, to offering amazing ciders and cocktails for the wedding. The day of the wedding their customer service was top notched. I highly recommend them for any special event you may want to have.

We absolutely LOVE booking Nine Pin for our Lifestyle Program of events for our residents here at Adams Station. Nine Pin's booking process is effortless and timely. Jessica is an absolute joy to work with, in addition to every staff member she has sent us. Our residents love when Nine Pin comes to events, whether it's to set up a bar and serve their delicious drinks, or for the tasting events that let them learn the history and science behind the brand. Based on the reviews, Nine Pin Ciderworks offers a great experience with delicious food and drinks. The BLTA was absolutely delicious, fresh, and flavorful. A flight of ciders is a popular choice, with every one being crisp and refreshing. Other menu items include a yummy hummus platter, scrumptious roasted veggie sandwich, empanada, mozzarella sticks, pizzas, donuts, and mocktails. The space is great for big groups and is quite child friendly, with easy seating. The ambiance is a spacious warehouse with beautiful murals of apples and outdoor seating areas. The ordering process is at the counter, and food is retrieved at a serving window when a buzzer alerts. There is a self serve ice water station and a clean up station for trays. The customer service is top notch, with staff being absolutely amazing to work with for special events like weddings. The restaurant also offers NYS wines and real cocktails. The only minor issue noted was that the ordering process wasn't very clear upon first walking in. Overall, a wonderful place to go for a meal with great companions.
