“The food came out fresh and hot, and there’s a good variety on the menu with generous portions. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made the meal more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean and had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. That said, the food quality seems like it can be a little inconsistent. Some dishes were really good, while others didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially when it came to the steak. Prices also feel reasonable for a chain restaurant, particularly with some of the deals available.“

“I'm from Brooklyn where Paesan's does not have a great reputation, just because it's a chain. So I'd been avoiding it but finally decided to try. Glad I did! The crust is exactly like Brooklyn pizza, just the way I like it. The sauce is sweeter than Brooklyn pizza but that's how most people seem to like it up here. I'll be back for white pizza.“

“We have always gone here for any celebrations and had a great experience. Tonight was good but not great. We were a party of 12 and made reservations. Once we were all seated it was like we were rushed to leave. Ordered drinks which too longer than normal. Order two plates of sushi and they came mid way through our meal. Cooking started before soup or salad. Once the cooking was done. Boxes came out but we were celebrating our granddaughter’s 7th birthday. So was asked if we could get something for her. Took a little bit but ice cream, candle and singing but there were 5 other kids at the table who wanted ice cream too. Asked for them to have some and waited 20 minutes. It was such an odd experience. We will go back but please slow down Hanzo! This is what we pay for…a nice evening out. To give a time frame, we sat down at 435 and we were done at 530 but then waited for ice cream.“

“The food was excellent as was the service
When the bill came the 15%, 18%, and 20% were figured out on the check. My husband checked it and they were all incorrect and not in the favor of the server. They were less than what the server should get.
That is very poor situation for the waitstaff that live off of tips. PLEASE fix this for these people.“
