“There’s a good case to be made that Chili’s is the best chain restaurant in the game. It’s always banging. The menu is simple, the prices are super reasonable (especially in today’s day and age), and they really lean hard into their classic options instead of trying to reinvent the wheel. They know what works and what people come in the door for. I’ve been to this location specifically a bunch of times including last night. The food is always great, the service is super quick and very friendly. My only nitpicks are that the last couple of times I’ve been, the beer has been pretty flat (still fresh, but next to no carbonation), and I’ve had a couple to-go orders where the quality and portion size was slightly lacking. But never a bad experience sitting down to eat, that’s for sure. Go Chili’s. 🌶️“

“We have always gone here for any celebrations and had a great experience. Tonight was good but not great. We were a party of 12 and made reservations. Once we were all seated it was like we were rushed to leave. Ordered drinks which too longer than normal. Order two plates of sushi and they came mid way through our meal. Cooking started before soup or salad. Once the cooking was done. Boxes came out but we were celebrating our granddaughter’s 7th birthday. So was asked if we could get something for her. Took a little bit but ice cream, candle and singing but there were 5 other kids at the table who wanted ice cream too. Asked for them to have some and waited 20 minutes. It was such an odd experience. We will go back but please slow down Hanzo! This is what we pay for…a nice evening out. To give a time frame, we sat down at 435 and we were done at 530 but then waited for ice cream.“

“I've been ordering pizza from them almost a decade now. Customer service has always been the same. Nice and welcoming. I don't venture too much in their menu. My family's go-to choices are always delicious. I've gone to both latham and east greenbush locations and must say that I prefer greenbush. The service is more accommodating (in my opinion). All this to say that I appreciate their business and would recommend them to your family both as dine in and take away food options.“

“Food was actually better than I anticipated. Kinda pricey but everything is today. The wait staff was nice enough but they were eager to get the food out and ticket to us so they could be done. The interior is fine. No dirty it anything just bland.“
