I'm from Brooklyn where Paesan's does not have a great reputation, just because it's a chain. So I'd been avoiding it but finally decided to try. Glad I did! The crust is exactly like Brooklyn pizza, just the way I like it. The sauce is sweeter than Brooklyn pizza but that's how most people seem to like it up here. I'll be back for white pizza.
