This used to be our GO to Chinese restaurant pre-pandemic. We stopped when their Hot & sour soup lacked gusto (spicy). So it’s been four + years and I decided to give them a try again. NOPE, nothing has changed. Our Hot & sour, was temperature hot, but spicy hot, not so much. It also lacked tofu, mushrooms, and sprouts. It also looked kinda milky grey. We went into the restaurant to order takeaway and they were super friendly. After ordering the food we waited less than 10 minutes. Paid, went to our AirBnb and ate. It was really good! The vegies were crisp, fresh and tasty.
