Only 20 years of experience eating at Gold Coin. I grew up with a paper route on 6th Ave in Highland park. I had it all planned out. I would deliver my papers up one side of the street, and then ride over to gold coin and order my shrimp with lobster sauce. Omg that was 4-5 days a week. That was the best dinner on the planet. Friendly atmosphere. Nice to walk into a place and feel welcome. I had a drink at the bar while waiting. Food was delicious! Definitely will be back again!
