“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

“I did a pick up order for turkey bacon sandwich with fries and my mom got corn beef Reuben with onion rings. Food was delicious, great portions and price. I was in a large moving van and there was plenty of parking. Close to Albany airport too which is nice.“

“I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. It was quite unappetizing to see them being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of customers. The friendly employees are one of the main reasons my husband and I favor this location. I am quite surprised they did not quit on the spot. I gave them a sympathetic look before putting money in one of the tip jars.“

“This Applebee's was near the airport, convenient location. The bartender was friendly, efficient and accommodating. She made suggestions and I had an excellent meal at an excellent value. More than anything, the bar had a good vibe and positivity due the bar staff. Kristen was training Kristen and both of them are awesome.

“This location has a separate gluten-free fryer for gf fries and dedicates their service to no cross-contamination. The food was really delicious and well prepared, like all other Red Robins, but it was really nice to see how careful they were preparing allergen-free food for me! :)
