“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

“Dee Dee's Tavern is a pub with a very strong sense of community. Equally as strong is the love that the patrons have for Dee Dee, herself. The drinks flow fast and everyone keeps a smile on their faces. You feel more at home with each interaction at Dee Dee's Tavern! Good people who just want to unwind, have a good time, and mind their own business. They also have Karaoke. My kind of place!“

“I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. It was quite unappetizing to see them being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of customers. The friendly employees are one of the main reasons my husband and I favor this location. I am quite surprised they did not quit on the spot. I gave them a sympathetic look before putting money in one of the tip jars.“

“A great place to grab a few cocktails with my coworkers after a long and stressful day, but some guy named Mark Maurer was very intoxicated and clearly on some substance making inappropriate sexual comments to my friend.“

“Visited Red Robin around 3 PM on a weekday, and more than half of the restaurant was empty, so there was no wait for a table, which was nice.

Customer service was great and I had no complaints at all with the staff. The food was good and came out as expected. It’s pretty standard, generic chain-restaurant food, but if you like Red Robin, you know what you’re getting.

There’s also plenty of parking, which makes the location convenient.

Overall, the food was good, service was great, and everything went smoothly. Nothing really stood out as exceptional, but it was a solid experience.“

“This Applebee's was near the airport, convenient location. The bartender was friendly, efficient and accommodating. She made suggestions and I had an excellent meal at an excellent value. More than anything, the bar had a good vibe and positivity due the bar staff. Kristen was training Kristen and both of them are awesome.
Great stop.“
