“Food is beyond delicious and fresh, we had out of town guests we brought there and couldn't say enough about the food. The service is always right on spot, and the atmosphere is relaxing and fun. The cleanliness is a 10 +++ Can't wait to go back! And OMG the desserts-sinfully amazing!!!“
“This place is great. Excellent food and great service. Not over priced but not cheap. They really did a great job with eat in the street. Too bad Cohoes limited that so much because it was a great thing for Cohoes restaurants. Definitely my go to on Remsen St.“
“Went here for dinner tonight and everything was perfect! They have a nice selection of wine. For dinner we had the blackened chicken pasta (incredible), baked brie ( also incredible) and the Flatbread ( perfection). I highly recommend you give this place a try!“
“At first, we didn't have high hopes as we had lots of difficulty confirming that they were open. Even drive to their location to find out they were unexpectedly closed... But when we finally was able to dine there, we changed our minds. The staff was very laid back. Food was good (even though it was a little overcooked). Atmosphere wise-it offered local pub style vibes but had better lighting with more contemporary seating in the back. They even had some live music in the front. Even though we were expecting a below-average experience, we have changed our minds and are planning on going back for another experience someday.“
“I'm so happy this place was reopened! The Bartenders were so awesome! I love the vibe of the entire place, the historic building is so cool. Everything was great - they had espresso martinis on tap and they tasted perfect. The mozzarella logs appetizer were amazinggg and the french onion soup, burger and pizzas were great too. Definitely recommend!“
“I'm a fan of, and regularly attend, Naughter's Midnight Breakfast. Whether you are trying to wind down for the day with a cup of coffee and a conversation , want to get a nostalgia hit while searching the impressive collection of cassettes for your favorite artist, or you're an unawakened, "Foodie," there for the daily specials that are [always] worth foregoing your, "Usual;" you'll quickly learn to adopt Naughter's as your last stop in Troy. I traveled around the world with the military, learned to cook like a Southern Italian during Christmases with my family in Foggia, experienced the tremendous variety of cuisines in Asia, but had to travel to a hidden diner in Troy NY to be introduced to my new favorite soup, Vichyssoise.“
“My husband is a breakfast connoisseur and said this is the best breakfast he has had ANYWHERE! The Rocky Mountain Benedict’s was delicious and the Cherry Amaretto pancakes were to die for!! The home is gorgeous and SAM was the best server, hostess all around amazing l person ever! This is a must go and eat when in Albany! 5+++++ stars!“
“Lucky ? to have stopped at The Bunker during our stay in Greenbush. We sat at the bar and our server Lauren was so attentive, friendly and made a delicious dirty martini. The food was excellent! We ordered the salmon tacos and Philly cheesesteak, both scrumptious! Actually, I order fish tacos quite often and these were the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely stop in again when traveling through the are.“
“We decided to try Albany Ale and Oyster House on a chilly, rainy Wednesday afternoon since we had to be on New Scotland Avenue for an afternoon doctor appointment. I'm so glad we did, and also happy we arrived just as they were opening because we were able to sit at the bar and visit with one of the owners, Mia. We tried a flight of beer opting for all pilsners, one each from Italy France, Czechia and from our own New York region; all tasty, just the right amount of foam and nice and chilled. I ordered the Beyond brat which comes with comes with kale slaw and honey mustard, crispy potato chips in a brown paper bag for soaking up the oil and keeping them crispy, and a mixed green salad with the best sesame honey dressing. I love good salads and this one was perfect, with dressing on each lettuce leaf. Mia said they take their salads seriously, and you can tell. My partner had the Reuben and he proclaimed it the best he ever had. Overall the taste, presentation and preparation of the food was perfect. Combined with the cozy atmosphere and the friendliness of the owner and all who work there; Albany Ale and Oyster House is now one of my top favorites in the areaVegetarian options: In addition to the Beyond Brat they offer Beyond Burger and some interesting salads.“
“Amazing place, everyone there was very nice and had excellent service. The food was also delicious. My partner and I ordered a turkey club and it was great with a large enough portion to leave us satisfied. If you get the chance, go to Babes. They close earlier than most places you can eat, but it's very worth it. Great prices, great food, great portions and great service.“
