Ordered food, bought 30 minutes of play time for 4year old. 45 min Food still not done. Not busy st all. I inquired and she asked how long I'd been waitng. We are ready to go so I asked for it togo. 20 minutes later she gives me a box. When we got home there was no pizza, cheese bread that looked like burnt cardboard, bbq wings instead of buffalo, a mess.The mouse was out but only for the birthday party. Couldn't even wave to other young kids. Dissapointing

They have made a great number of improvements among them. The ability to buy time to play the games and not have to feed it tokens. Or buy a set amount fantastic, that's a great idea.Parking: Is the large parking lot we want me to sayKid-friendliness: There is a great deal of games there for children of all ages. Today we went to Chuck E. Cheese in Latham for my nephew's birthday and the service we received was absolutely fantastic! The manager and staff member that was working there this evening around 3:30 today went out of their way to ensure my nephew had a great birthday. The food was delicious and it was made to perfection! My nephew was truly happy! I am truly grateful to have been met with such kindness and customer service. I wish I knew their names because I would have shouted them out in this review. To the manager and her team, thank you so much and I hope your executive leadership reads this review and recognizes what an asset you and your team are to the organization! ?????

Chaotic with all the kids running around in 1 very large room LOL. Food was decent. The kids really had a blast when Chuck E. CHEESE showed up. I miss the older version of Chuck E. Cheese, they used to have a very cool animated Lion dressed up like The King and he sang Elvis Presley songs :).

This establishment was amazingly rediculous! Was there for an hour and they had not even started our pizzas! The staff were rude, incompetent and didn’t know what the hell they were doing! Very disappointed in the whole experience! Will never come to this place

Could have been better!,We were there over an hour and no Chuckie! Don't they have anyone to dress up as Chuckie? Part of me being there was for my 2 year old granddaughter to see Chuckie!

Ordered thru doordash never got half of my order they sent a card that was surpost to be loaded with nothing on it and refuse to fix the issue very upset.

They do a lot for folks with sensory issues and I thanks them for that. It’s family and kid friendly. It’s fairly affordable as well.

We had the greatest experience here today. It was an impromptu visit while we were in the area. It was clean and tidy. Kayla greeted us right away and helped us get started- even told us which time/point machine works the best. She checked in on us, was informational, and very kind. She was very patient with our indecisive toddler, and made helpful suggestions (how about this for your sister!) when she heard we had another child who was not with us.10/10, we will make the trip again just for this.Kayla, if you are reading this- thank you so much- you are going to be an amazing mom to that baby!
