Wonderful mochas and a great staff💕
I’m waiting here for my drink when a traditional Latham Karen shouts for a manager, then lies about how long she’s been waiting for her drink before demanding a refund. It’s Saturday at 10am. The manager Kevin absolutely slayed the customer service response promptly and professionally which was very cool to watch. People, please be kind to your service workers.
They always make the drinks spot on. And shoutout to the girl who remade my drink- the baristas are wonderful! 😊

The manager Kevin slayed the customer service response promptly and professionally. It is a great spot to stay inside and out, with a favorite strawberry refresher with sweet cold cream on top. The people working here made customers want to come back, providing great coffee and a nice moment to talk in a technology driven time.
