My sandwhich was cold in the middle but I work at Starbucks so I totally understand, plus they made another for me immediately. Wonderful team!

One of the best Starbucks in the area, they’re very good with the beverages they make them very accurate and consistent every time. The one issue is that it’s one of the slowest Starbucks in the area I think it’s due to the volume of sales.

Great place! I drive past other Starbucks to go here. They always greet when you walk in and are friendly and professional. Took one star off for the sitting area, it's just not great. They need to rearrange the tables and chairs, current set up is uncomfortable.

The only Starbucks free standing café in the Capital District that is not a horrible drive-thru. The interior has become generic, staff is minimal, and it just feels cold and austere.

This specific location is my preferred, i think it's the water. They maintained the same flavor after the renovations, too. It has been a favorite stop since college, some 20 years now i still come back.Parking: Sometimes a spot right up front, but a very large lot considering amount of businesses here.

Starbucks at Newton Plaza has been my go-to starbucks to get my coffee since I started attending Siena College. I have never had a bad experience, up until today. The person who was working Register 1 during the day today (12/5) messed up my coffee order not once, but twice. I had to repeat my order (which is not very difficult to comprehend) multiple times the first time around, so there is no reason she screwed it up. For reference, I have ordered this order at multiple different locations, multiple times and I have never had an issue. By the time I realized the mistake, I had already left and I am not one to go back and point out a mistake. However, I had my boyfriend go back on his lunch break to order me the correct drink since I am not a fan of the Brown Sugar & Almond Milk Iced Shaken Espresso. For context, my order is 'Iced Shaken Espresso with Blonde Espresso & Extra Caramel Drizzle'. I typed out that exact order for him to repeat, and he is by no means an incompetent person, so I was not worried. When he returned, I tasted the second drink and it was the exact same as the one I had gotten before. The same mistake was made by the same girl, TWICE!!! When sharing my experience to my friends, they knew exactly who took my order without me having to describe her, which means I am not the only one this has happened to. Next time I go in there, I will be mentioning this experience to whomever I speak with. To the girl on Register 1 at the Newton Plaza Starbucks, do better.

Dirty, no fixing, sugars etc. It used to have couches and was nice. Coffee was good and service fast, but that was about it. They don't clean the tables. Not a good experience at all.
